They offer absolutely no security, cameras don't work. They have rats and no pest control and they are hard to get ahold of when you want to speak with someone directly. Dont expect customer service or your items to be protected there is none. But they will charge you an arm and a leg in rent raises which are often, like every couple of months. If you pay a day late you will get an additional 60.00 late fee added and they lock you out of your unit until the balance is paid. I do not recommend them in any way shape or form and I am leaving and not using their business in the future. DO NOT RENT FROM PUBLIC STORAGE FOR ANY REASON THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND CHARGE A FORTUNE FOR ZERO SERVICE.

Fortunately, Sierra from corporate reached out after I raised concerns. They were very kind, professional, and apologetic, and helped us mediate the issue. One time on a Sunday around6am, I went to see if they were open cause I needed to pick up some stuff, and there was Anthony, cleaning trash up on the site...on a Sunday, early morning. Gotta love it.
