He was actually just in my neighborhood looking for a different address, but in the process of helping him find his way, I mentioned how frustrated I was with my brand-new, noisy garage door. I told him I'd been using WD-40 to fix the squeaks, and instead of just nodding and driving off, Joe took the time to educate me. He explained that WD-40 isn't actually the right lubricant for garage doors and can sometimes make things worse. Then after they offered free in-person estimate to get a better view so I went ahead and took it.
