While their online experience kinda sucks, with unclear email notifications and incorrect inventory lists, my in-store experience has been great! The staff at this location are on their game! They fulfill in-store pickup orders blazingly fast and mark them accordingly so I get the crappy notifications from their website that something happened with my orders. When I have to call to confirm, because those crappy emails aren't clear which items are ready, the staff answers the phone promptly, politely and know exactly what I'm asking about so I don't feel like a complete idiot for calling. My visits to this store have also gone well. The staff have been helpful locating in-store items I could not order online, despite the crappy search capabilities of their systems. additionally, the staff I interacted with have been friendly (not stalker-like; following me all over the store) and are quick to check inventory and open the dressing rooms for my daughter to try items. I wish shopping with my teens was always this simple. This store and their staff make it a pleasant experience for my family. Thanks!

Took me to the dressing room didn't introduce herself or ask if I needed anything else and walked away. After trying my things on I walked to the register area and stood there a good three or four minutes as the employee folded clothes until I finally said I am ready to check out and I have an exchange. And there is nothing you can do about it because all sales are final. So beware of buying any fabric good from the Salvation Army!

The cash register counter is in the middle of the store and the associate was friendly and answered all my questions. I did overhear other conversations with customers and informed that most of the sizes carried are only small to large (being the biggest) not sure if it was for particular dress as I did notice xlarge on some racks. They had a bunch of informal and formal dresses ranging from $20-$100+ from knee length to ankle length. As I had my heart set one item... I did not take much time to browse the other isle of clothes other than a quick breeze around the store and a mental note to check them out when I came back around. Unfortunately, the mall hours changed which means all the store hours had changed as well. Will definitely be back.
