Well let's see,, I got my entire family to go to this practice unfortunately through the years we have figured out the fact that we are being deceived and lied to and so I advise that if you're gonna go there please do your homework because they will only tell you what you want to hear they will not take responsibility for their actions they will always say that it is your responsibility as a patient to verified with your insurance whether or not everything is covered, there is an individual by the name of Aracely that will down talk down talk to you as if you are an idiot and think that she can manipulate the entire conversation totally unacceptable behavior, my thing is I don't like to be deceive or lied to, and that is one thing they experts at. I believe the dentists are great just the administrative specifically Araceli is not one I like to deal with at all. Dr. Rubiano and his staff are the best!!!! I had the worst tooth pain and I called his office and they got me right in! I was super nervous because I knew I had an infection was going to need a root canal and Dr. Rubiano and his staff calmed me down and made me feel very comfortable. They are all very professional and caring which made the whole experience wonderful. They called me later on that day to check on me and see how I was doing. Dr. Rubiano's bedside manner is great. His front office is terrible. They over-charged me and had to put a "credit" on my account instead of money back. They scheduled me for an appointment and their doors were locked. They said it was a mistake. My wife missed her appointment because her grandmother passed and we went to Arizona for a funeral. Even though it was on the same account, they would not waive their missed appointment fee, and charged me $50. Keep in mind, they "missed" my appointment!!! I will take care of my family's dental care elsewhere. It's a shame, as I live very close to his office and have wonderful insurance. I recently broke a tooth and got a next day appointment for a crown. A great experience from start to finish. Super good infection control and I'm picky living with a nurse. Bedside manner couldn't be more pleasant. Work and process was the best I've encountered and at a price that was shockingly affordable. Frint office and assistants are excellent. I had a great first experience with Dr. Rubiano and everyone in the office, especially Mary and Silvia. I hate the dentist and I had an especially stressful experience the last place I went to (San Pedro dental group -- AVOID), where they tried to bill me out of thousands of dollars, falsely telling me I needed all these things done like a crown, etc etc. Dr. R told me what I needed done, and then SHOWED me the proof in X-rays (NO crown, no problems that the other place said). Dr. Rubiano is an outstanding dentist. I have been a patient of his for almost a year and I am beyond satisfied. He and his staff make you feel welcome, he is soft spoken and cheerful and always make me feel comfortable about any of the work to be done. My previous dental office had many dentists and was just too busy. I always felt rushed as it was clear the dentist never really had time to discuss procedures. Dr. Rubiano's practice is a completely difference atmosphere. The office is small and calm, and impeccably clean; and even when the waiting room is full and the exam rooms are full he takes his time with each patient. Most recently I had dental implant surgery and I felt no pain during and no pain after. During the work he offers his patients music and it really helps to take your mind off what's happening, especially when the Doc starts humming along too! The procedure went smoothly and much faster than I expected and at the end of the day Dr. Rubiano called to check in and make sure I was not in any discomfort. The dentist had good bedside manners, but I also agree, front staff was terrible. They couldn't figure out days or times to accommodate me at all, I get off work at 4pm and still couldn't find time, despite the fact their office doesn't close until 6pm. Go figure. I was scheduled for appointments I never even made?? interesting....Especially when they charge for not coming to appointments.. Found that interesting. I have PPO dental insurance and live down the street, but will also take my entire family elsewhere. I honestly thought this office was going to work for me and my family. When I first called, I gave the office staff my work hours up front. She said, of course they could accommodate me and my family. Went to the first appointment no problem. Then, after all the work needed to be done, was scheduled for dates I never even confirmed and of course, couldn't accommodate my working hours. Closest appointment was 2 months, and even then couldn't accommodate my work hours- for cleaning only.- nothing big. Going to take my family elsewhere, will find another family dentist that can accommodate my work hours and work for me and my family. read more
