Dr. Mina Abraham and his staff are second to none in providing consistent quality dental care in the surrounding community. In my past dental history, I have not experienced anything that closely compares to the competent caring hands at Carson Dental. I am guilty of not being proficient in taking better care of my teeth. However, when I entered their doors, the warm, friendly staff did a great job greeting and ensuring the intake process went smoothly. This was my second visit. Like my first visit, Carson Dental was helpful in all the right ways. The office is straightforward, clean, and efficient. Their new patient and intake forms are minimized, and paper forms are replaced by iPads. The Dental Assistant working with Dr. Abraham called me into his work area where the magic happens. I was impressed by Dr. Abraham: his professionalism, bedside manner, knowledge, but most importantly to me, his skill set. He is truly a rock star. One who is passionate and dedicated to ensuring a positive presence and outcome. I don't like going into any dental office. However, I love knowing the experience will be a positive difference, and I am in excellent hands. Carson Dental delivers quality care and peace of mind. I had an extraction with a bone graph and sutures on my first visit and a root canal and cap on my second visit. After waiting months for my appointment, I show up and am handed a bill for $2,500 dollars. What?! And then I was told I didn't have enough on my insurance because of the chipped tooth repair work. I could have waited. Why didn't they tell me this when I asked?! Then I asked why this was so expensive and they said I'm being billed based on my zip code. Great, so they are overcharging me. Also, I needed to sign a form that I understand my dentist is an independent contractor. So they are like stylists at a hair salon renting a chair there? They have a big sign at the front saying how they were voted best this and best that. I wonder how much they paid for those. No way. I will never use them again and I don't recommend them at all. Nice dentist and nice facility…read more The place is convenient to me as it's down the street from my house. The dentists and specialty surgeon was nice. But I don't think I would come back. The prices for their work is extremely expensive even with insurance. I was also told one thing prior to signing their payment agreement and then something g completely different after. I ended up with a $3K bill for two root canals with insurance. The only take private insurance so anyone expecting to use government insurance like Medi-cal will not be approved. But yes with my private insurance that is how much I am paying. I also did not like how when they put a temporary crown and I told the staff the next day that they didn't seal it and it just popped right off after the numbing wore off, they kind of dismissed my concerns and was just making it seem like it didn't matter since I was getting my permanent ones. Anyways my permanent crowns are in, I am still paying for them monthly almost $300/month. Are the permanent crowns good? Yes. Would I go back? No. Just too pricy for something I could've gotten done somewhere else for a quarter of the price.

I went through multiple deep cleanings, some involving stitches, and several bone graft procedures. Even with insurance, I've spent a significant amount of money out of pocket. After all of that time, pain, and expense, my teeth look no better than they did when I first walked in years ago. Now, to make matters worse, the orthodontist they referred me to is telling me nothing can be done about the spaces because I have too much bone loss. So, after everything I've been put through, I'm being told I'm not even a candidate for the solution I was working toward. At this point, I have to ask, what exactly was the plan here? How much more money do they want before someone finally admits that this should have been handled differently from the start? If the end result is pulling all my teeth and getting dentures, why wasn't that discussed as a realistic option years ago instead of putting me through years of costly, invasive procedures that led nowhere? The front staff and his dental assistants are amazing. The place is spotless and has all the newest equipment. Plenty of free parking nearby. I do not have dental insurance so I pay out of pocket. For the area and the expertise, I feel Skypark has very fair and reasonable prices. What makes such a difference for my wife and me is that Dr. Arroyo explains your options and isn't trying to "upsell" in any way. I appreciate that because in some of my prior experience with other offices, it felt pushy. He is kind, knowledgeable and on time. Dr. Arroyo and his team make it where I don't dread going to the dentist anymore.

While I've always had a nice smile, I needed some corrections. Dr.Tran truly is amazing! She listened to me and was very intentional with ensuring my smile and my overall oral health was exceptional and I couldn't be happier with my results. Ever since going to Heart Dental, I have now gotten my mom, my brother, and my aunt on board for going there and becoming patients of the office. And they would agree that Dr. Tran is amazing at how she interacts with patients and any procedures she does on patients.
