I've been coming to this dentist office for a few years now and I have had nothing but positive experience. Dr. Sung has been the best dentist I've ever had. She's treated me and my wife several times throughout the years and has always treated us with respect and kindness. I appreciate that this office always tries to work with you when it comes to cost of treatment. Dr. Sung lays everything out, cost effective treatment, most effective treatment, and is always providing recommendations. I recently came in to remove 2 wisdom teeth and it could not have gone smoother with Dr. K and Vivian. Dr. K explained that one of my wisdom teeth was extremely impacted and would be too dangerous to remove. He recommended not extracting so it wouldn't complicate things for my quality of life. The other wisdom tooth was also impacted but Dr. K recommended removing it anyways because it was going to cause problems for my gums later on. Dr. K mentioned it would be tricky to remove because the tooth sat right on a nerve, so he would try to remove all of it or just a portion to avoid nerve damage. Dr.K being as skilled as he is was able to remove the entire tooth with no damage to my nerve. Recovery is going extremely smoothly with extremely light discomfort and no need for pain management on my end. I highly recommend this dentist office for anyone looking for a welcoming and ethical office. read more

I get very anxious before and during dental treatments. I have had experiences with dentists who lack empathy or care for their patients. My experience with Dr Smile so far has not been that. I saw Dr Song for an Invisalign button removal, and Dr Westin for a deep cleaning. Both of these doctors are amazing. Dr Song is reassuring, comforting and very patient with explaining and performing her treatments, her assistant Taylor was great as well. Dr. Weston is did my deep cleaning and he was very gentle and thoughtful. Consistently checking on my comfort level and talking to me about the treatment in a way that was humanizing and relatable. By the time my cleaning appointment was done the anxiety had left the building. I might have destroyed a couple of their stress balls (sorry). The appointment after mine did not show up, so Dr Weston allowed me to extend my treatment and get more work done than was expected during my initial appointment instead of rushing me out of the office. He literally walked me back into the treatment room after I started the checkout process. I thought that was very much going the extra mile. The office staff is great as well, Jasmine is super sweet and Marisela was patient and professional to explain a charge I asked for clarification on without showing frustration or judgement. They took the care to call me by my name which was nice. Is it the cheapest dental office around? No. But if this appointment is a representation of their standard of service, I will happily pay a little extra to feel like a human being during my appointment and not just a body filling an appointment slot. read more

Been there 3 times and everytime the front desk kept trying to up sell me on thing that they slid into the patient plan and truthfully I didn't need the things or did I want them. I complained all three time but they just kept saying sorry well if they were sorry they wouldn't keep trying to up sell these 3 things and btw I don't remember what they were.
