Before charging me any money, Gary suggested trying a low-dough remedy which I tried. The issue persisted so I contacted Gary on Christmas Day via email. He got back to me very quickly and was able to accommodate a last second repair just in time for a gig I had. Not only that but the expert repair that he performed was done AHEAD of schedule and at a VERY reasonable rate. I definitely recommend Gary for your guitar maintenance and repair needs.
