@thirstybuffalobrew in Odessa, Florida…read more Brewery: 592 Thirsty Buffalo opened in 2023 and was created by Mike and Erin Bishop. Mike has years of previous brewery operating experience, starting a very well known Florida brewery in 2012. Erin is the CEO of Thirsty Buffalo and leads the operations team there. Their head brewer is Joel Moore and he has 20+ years of brewing experience. It was a pleasure to hang with Dylan and Gabi who were working and saw asst Brewer Scott doing his thing is the brew house. Thirsty Buffalo has a nice patio area out front and a spacious modern garage brewery feel inside. They have a big calendar of events that is released each month and a new toasted sandwich operation on site! The beers were all wonderful and this is definitely worth a stop or two (or 3 or 4)! Beers: - "Ciao Bella" Italian Pilsner 5.5% Loved this one - "Hef Hop Anonymous" Experimental IPA 6.7% - "Six Miles" Wheat Wine 9.5% - "Quasar Cowboy" IPA 6.8% Great vibes and it was an awesome way to start of the birthday Cheers friends! #thirstybuffalo #floridabeer #craftbeer #supportlocal P.s. always love brewery bathroom art...

The potatoes were thin but with some heft to them to carry the gravy. The curds were very cold so it took a while to get to a melty point, but it was tasty. The gravy was very good and not too heavy. My husband also really liked the wings, he devoured those pretty quick. Service was friendly and quick, and it was a chill place to be on the night before new years. I'd definitely go again if we lived in the area.

Enjoyable and relaxing for everyone - really kid friendly! They have a local produce and coffee market, food trucks scheduled some days, even live entertainment on weekends and Trivia night on Thursday . A wonderful place to be for a relaxing meal or visit with friends and family! What started off a long time ago as a market has grown into a destination where people can shop and enjoy a beer, a glass of wine or a cup of coffee with food prepared in their gourmet food truck. And they have a seasonal you pick farm area that is great! You won't be disappointed.....

The atmosphere is…read morebeautiful, the live music nights are always a great time, and it's one of our favorite places to bring the kids because they have so much fun playing while we relax. The overall vibe is what keeps us coming back. That said, we've had multiple unpleasant experiences with the same male bartender. The first time I visited, I had never been there before and asked which beer was the most popular or what people ordered the most. Instead of answering my question, he simply pointed at the menu on the wall and said, "That's our menu." I wasn't asking what beers you had, I was asking for a recommendation. It came across as dismissive. On another visit, I had a wonderful experience with a female bartender. She was friendly, accommodating, and made my drink exactly how I requested. Unfortunately, on a later visit I ended up with the same male bartender again. I ordered a cocktail and politely asked if he could make it a little sweeter. His response was, "We make it how we make it." I told him that was completely fine and just asked if he could make it slightly sweeter. He replied, "I'll try." The drink came out with no sweetness at all, and it honestly didn't seem like any effort was made to accommodate a simple request. I don't expect every request to be possible, but I do expect friendly customer service and a willingness to help when it's something so minor. Thankfully, the atmosphere, events, and the rest of the staff have been great enough that we continue coming back. I just hope the customer service is more consistent because Starkey Market is otherwise such a wonderful place.
