There was no effort to reconcile and compensate us for the error and wait. Typically, restaurants handle these matters by offering a comped item for the trouble or even reimburse the tab. They never attempted to. After the long anticipated wait, it was just ok. The eggs were scrambled well but the sliver of chicken on the biscuit was thin like a fed-up mother's patience. The chicken Pattie lacked more meat and flavor. It would be better drenched in hot sauce. If you order the Rasta Pasta and get salmon it's a $9 up charge. Our server delivered great customer service throughout our dining experience but I didn't like that they automatically charge you 18% gratuity without properly communicating it. Then, I paid an extra tip without realizing the gratuity was already included. This was my 1st time dining here and I didn't know that, neither is it posted anywhere and our waitress didn't mention it either. I realized it when I asked for a printed receipt. It was only two people in my party so I didn't understand why the 18% gratuity was automatically charged. I didn't appreciate the deception. TIP: Please be aware of exactly what you're paying for and ask for a printed receipt before you pay your bill.
