Juicy Crawfish in Covington, Ga on Salem rd should be ashamed of themselves. I placed an order on Uber Eats . The order I placed was not what I received! I called the restaurant to voice my concern and disappointment to Jay manager (If that's really his name). He told me " other people like it, so there's nothing I can do". He then advised me to call uber to complain, which I did. They told me there is nothing they can do. I called the restaurant again, only to be dismissed and offered no apology or resolution. Clearly they have no regard for their customers, and no pride in the food they serve. I'm utterly appalled and disappointment in the whole experience!!! Don't waste your time or money with this place!!!! What I ordered vs. What I got!!!! Looking like a WISH meal...smdh

I order a lot of food for my family during this pandemic thru mobile delivery and it's normally ALWAYS delicious. So when I decided to go up there this time I was EXTREMELY upset to find THEY DONT CLEAN THE SHRIMPS!!! That is DISGUSTING!! Imagine how many my 6 and 7 year old ate BEFORE I realized this! Good was NOT flavorful today AT ALL. Everything tasted plain and had to be dipped in the sauce. I'm really disappointed in them especially after my last review.

We passed by Juicy Crawfish last week and decided to try it. OMG !! It is SO GOOD !!!!, the seafood is so fresh and juicy, the Cajun seasoning is full of flavors, match perfectly with the seafood. We also had fried fish and wings, the seasoning powder they used is very tasty. Will definitely come back again.

Lately this location as been slowly dropping in ratings. I ordered a combo plate with 3 whole wings, and whiting fillets. I got 3 of the smallest wings I've ever seen. The tasteless whiting filet fish, and 4 pounds of half cooked fries. I'm advising everyone to MISS this location. read more

When we walked in it was not like what we expected, it was more like JJ Fish than the juicy crab type of experience. We were greeted promptly and walked right up to give our order. We went with the seafood boil for 2 : 1 Lb of each protein. Crab legs, muscles, clams, shrimp, potatoes, corn, crawfish. We picked the everything for the seasoning and got hot and a side of extra hot. The hot was more like medium and the extra hot was not overall spicy. The crab legs were cooked to perfection so they broken open nicely. Too many places overcook the crab legs. The weird part about our visit was that Law and order SVU was blaring on the tv which was not the ideal conversation for dinner, you know if you have ever seen the show. Overall our visit was good, the price of the boil for 2 was $85 total and there is enough food for 3 meals really. We spoke with what seemed to be the manager and she was super nice and helpful when we needed things. We should be back at some point. read more

I had to give one star; however, I had ever intention to give none. I was served old scallops that smelled like ammonia. I called to inform the location the scallop were bad. The manager said the scallop were perfect. He stated he ate them this morning, proceeded to talk over me and hung up in my face. Please be aware of this location if you are in the Conyers/Covington area. read more

This is one of the worse places to eat in Conyers! Asked for my food to be cooked lightly so it would be easier to eat and not overcooked. I also asked for my bread to not be toasted. All of my food came out overcooked where it was hard to eat, my bread was burnt and hard as a brick! I asked to speak with the manager and the manager told me that they could not cook the food lighter. That is a complete lie because when this place first opened, everything was cooked better. The manager needs to be replaced and so does the staff because nobody cares of all of the unhappy customers along with the bad service! This place should be shut down for good! read more

Had the shrimp and fries. Shrimp were seasoned well. Overall, a place to visit if you are passing by and feel in the mood for some seafood. While the seafood is seasoned well, the sides need some work. Not a restaurant to go out of your way to visit. read more

Was not impressed. The food was boxed, processed food fried to try to hide the lack of quality. I also am tired of these restaurants serving can soda! What they are really saying is "im too cheap to get a fountain"!! Also, you wind up feeling like a jerk if you don't have cash because, while they do take cards, you may not tip on that card... It is so lovely! The atmosphere was great, i forgot i wasn't on vacation for a little bit. Service was wonderful. Restrooms clean, the decor, simply amazing! My kids had a blast watching the robot! Just loved it! The staff was sweet. Prices very reasonable. Must try if you like seafood. We enjoyed the experience with our food. read more

All I can say is check your food before you go. That so called Jumbo Shrimp Dinner were those little salad shrimp along with the oldest hardest fries ever. That crab had been cooked soooo long it was mush. I could not believe they would ever sale that food like that at that price. I have been before and it is usually good. I see they take advantage of you if you take out. read more

I will never eat at this location simply for the lack of service. After not being able to find my order which is fine the cashier added a "thank you for not tipping" after I paid. I have no problem tipping for service I work at Chilis myself but for bagging the food and giving an unnecessary attitude why would I? read more

BIG WARNING! Spoiled food! I'll never go back to this restaurant again. I was served spoiled fried oysters and when I told the manager, he showed no emotion, didn't apologize or nothing. Just kept saying his oysters was fresh when they clearing wasn't. Asked him if I could get something else, we refused. He said all I could get was a replacement of the same "spoiled" oysters. I asked him why would I want a replacement if he's getting them from the same batch. Then he said that he would give me 15% off something else. I didn't ask for a refund, because I knew that would be an argument. So, I just let them keep it and left. Now, I'm nauseous. BAD SERVICE! BAD MANAGEMENT! SPOILED FOOD! I have given this restaurant a try 3 times and have been disappointed twice! Either the food is overcooked (my shrimp) or old (blue crabs). I have wasted over $50 for inedible food. Save your hard earned money and go to JD's or Juicy Crab. read more

Good news is that there is a Gullah bowl option for vegans. The Gullah bowl was delicious especially when topped with the peach vinaigrette dressing. The other members in my party thoroughly enjoyed the whiting and catfish dishes which they found to be well seasoned, the steak cooked to perfection, and the fried green tomatoes which one member in my party stated that they were the best she'd ever tried. The food came out quickly, no long wait. The only criticism is that the fried okra had no seasoning. Other than that, the food was good, service was great. I'd visit again.

Would give 5 for the lunch but the server never came back to check until I was leaving. And to give me my bill. So overall I give it a 4. But would return just for the catfish and shrimp.

Certainly! Here's a more expandedI was in the mood for seafood, so I decided to try out this place that came highly recommended. Even though I was busy running errands, I planned ahead and placed my order. It took about 15 to 20 minutes to reach the restaurant, and to my delight, everything was still piping hot and fresh when I arrived. As I walked in, I noticed a young lady ordering a frozen lemonade, which intrigued me, so I decided to add one to my meal. They offered a variety of flavors to choose from, which was a nice touch. For my main dish, I opted for the pick two combo, which included two pieces of fried tilapia and three chicken tenders. Alongside that, I ordered a side of mozzarella cheese sticks. While the fries, fish, and chicken tenders were seasoned to perfection, the mozzarella sticks fell a bit short of expectations. They tasted like they had been frozen straight to the fryer without anything special to elevate them. The fish and chicken tenders were delicious but could have been a tad crispier to really hit the spot. One aspect that could have been improved was the interaction with the staff. They seemed a bit reserved and dry when I asked questions, which detracted a bit from the overall experience. On the flip side, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was during my visit. Despite these minor points, I found the overall experience enjoyable and satisfying. In hindsight, I wonder if the slight lack of crispiness in the food might have been due to the drive time from when I ordered to when I arrived. Next time, I'll be sure to consider the timing more carefully when ordering ahead to ensure everything is as crispy and fresh as possible. Overall, I can see myself returning to this restaurant. I came here for my birthday after payday. The seafood boil was so tasty and delicious, I had the crab leg and shrimp combo, portion is generous, seasoning is bomb. We also had fried wings and shrimp and lemonade, everything is great, we will come back again. read more
