I came here thinking that I would have similar experiences as other businesses in industry city. I was wrong. When I arrived outside, I noticed a guy behind the bar taking puffs off of a vape and adjusting his shorts come to find out.He ended up being the bartender. Good lord, we're in for a bumpy ride. I crossed my fingers and went inside to order a drink. I'm not sure if the bartender at this place knows that customers are not ignorant despite what he thinks. There were smiles and laughter for some patrons and obvious annoyance for others. I should have gotten a canned beverage, but I ordered a cider. I didn't think of asking about sizes, nor was i asked, so I thought, I'll ask after the first one. Apparently, they come in 3 sizes. I was given a 10 oz glass with a short stem and was told I owed $10. I suppose my face gave away my bewilderment. A 5 oz was $5. A 10 oz for $7 and a full-size pour was $9. He states... tax. And this is the largest glass it comes in. Then he's like, I ll change it for another size and drink that one. Mind you it was smack dab in the middle of happy hour.... What???? At this point, I figured he assumed he wouldn't get a tip, so he built his own in. I went with it, paid the $10, and enjoyed my drink. Did I enjoy the flavor? Yes, it was tasty, light, and crisp for a summary day, but being served with an attitude and begrudgingly tolerated was not my idea of a good time. Later, I noticed him trying to be nicer after another employee said something to him. Will I come back? I think I'll steer clear of the microagressions. Thanks, but no thanks.

Came here for a brewery tour. An off shoot of their Bronx location, they have some solid brews and good seating. Would recommend for any craft brew lover.

On the positive side, it's a very spacious bar and I saw board games stacked up, which tells me it can be a fun place to hang out. Now to the not as great. I sat at the bar and after looking at their cocktail menu, I ordered a French 75. You can imagine my surprise when I was served a drink in a single rocks glass which is basically what you'd serve an old fashion or other cocktail in. A French 75 needs to be in a flute. And at first, I thought maybe they don't have any flutes. Which still perplexed me because why have a French 75 on the menu if you don't have the right glassware. But I looked behind the bar and lo and behold, saw a flute. So not sure what that was about. The drink itself was ok. The other weird thing is that when I ordered, she rang it up and handed me the handheld device to pay. Since I was sitting at the bar, I'd expect to at least be asked if I wanted to open a tab or to just wait. Payment before the drink was made just rubbed me different. And of course, gratuity was tacked on, also rubbed me wrong. Because while I planned to tip, adding your own tip automatically to 1 drink is icky.

Wish I had time to explore the menu more. But only came here for drinks with some friends. It was a…read moreMonday night when we came, so it was pretty peaceful. The bartender let us know exactly where to order. Lychee martini 6/10: on the heavier side with the taste but it definitely got me tipsy. Wish there was more lychee flavor to it.

I'm not vegan, but I like places I can enjoy with vegans. I had the not-for-vegans Cheddar Brat with Carmelized Onions and side of fries. The brat is on the small side but very flavorful and satisfying with the bretzel bun and stone ground mustard. The Carmelized onions were nice, but not neccessary for flavor. If I were to come back, I would just go for two brats on Bretzel buns and skip the side fries. The fries are natural cut, but likely frozen or double fried, which makes them taste more like oily starch than fried potato. The draft cider was cold and did well outside on the wood slat table with the help of the sturdy coaster. Bonus- dogs can hang with you outside, but need to stay outside while you step inside to order at the bar. Food took about 15min for prep and delivery around 5pm on a Wednesday. Outside seating is sidewalk adjacent without an awning for rain, but a tree can offer some shade.

Bartender Camden was welcoming and friendly, it was fun to chat with him on a quiet afternoon. The space is along a quiet street with low ceilings, it's very cozy with soft lighting and art, plus beer signs. The beer menu was great with some fun styles. They have a small selection to go as well. If you're looking for a quiet and cozy spot to enjoy some local beer, this is a great option and I'd definitely come back!

It seemed like she didn't want to be there and anytime I asked questions about the beer, she had an attitude like I was bothering her. I ordered a flight and I enjoyed the beers. They have some great tasting beers on tap. The music was great, it was a blend of 90's jams. They don't serve food, but they allow you to bring in your own. The decor was simple, felt a bit cold and the vibe was chill. It's a small interesting space, when we arrived it was just us and 2 other small parties. When we left, there was a chaotic stroller party happening in the back. The brewery filled up pretty quick on a Saturday afternoon, with one slow moving angry woman pouring beers, it took awhile to get a beer. If the woman behind the bar had provided better customer service, I might have left a higher scoring review. I really wanted to like this place. Will I be back, probably not.
