I'm hesitant to give this experience a five star rating because I do have an issue with the wait time. I ordered online for pickup and it said my order would be ready at 5:28 PM. I arrived at 5:34 and ended up waiting until 5:43 before my order was ready. That's a problem. However, the food was good and the staff apologized for the wait time- so I'm letting it go. The cheesesteak here is a huge win. Love the warm beef and gooey cheese. Get the big kahuna with jalapeños too! The kids meal was also good and a good value. I think everything here is a good value actually. Compared to many other sub shops, this places pricing isn't too bad. The inside has plenty of seating but the few times I've been in it's been pretty empty. Must be more of a take out spot. It's super clean inside and seems like it's generally well kept. This December (2025), Bella Vita opened a second location on College Pkwy (where Creekside Deli used to be. Now, the Carson Mall location is only open for lunch. And the new location, Bella Vita Bistro at Creekside, serves dinner, starting at 4pm. (They are also using the new location for their catering.)
