Even when I breaks wore out just outside of warranty, they replaced them anyway and figured it out. They tell you what is immediate need and what can wait with an approximate for how long. I can't even believe how amazing the service here was, first of all they are incredibly busy and fit me in for an alignment, Sal was AMAZING I told him how I'm driving out of town with my kid and her friend and I was worried and he checked my tires for bubbles and everything, I just feel like even though it was busy he took the extra time to really take care of me and my car. I mentioned how it was scary backing into traffic out of there parking lot so when he test drove my car and brought it back around he backed in so that way I'd be pulling forward out of the Parking lot, I almost cried at how kind they were there! I have never received such amazing customer service like I did at Gutierrez Tire. I brought my car in because I was Concerned about an exhaust leak. Even though when I arrived they were extremely busy, they were able to service me in very little time. After the machanic finished working on my car he took me over and walked me through what was going on with my car. All the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. I never expected the quality of customer service I received from them. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be a return customer. I already recommended them to my family. Took it a month or so ago to get my bearings fixed and I left with my brake light and ABS lights on in my dash. Smh. I took it to a different franchise tire shop and turns out some other suspension parts were broken and zip tied together. I believe it was the axel rubber... no wonder it would squeak. The grease leaked out since the zip tie didn't provide a good seal. Lol. No point in taking back or calling to argue. This review is the best thing to do. I knew I should've just paid a lil more with the bigger tire shops. You get what you pay for. That, and the mechanic didn't bother putting a mat or cleaning hands before getting in and out of my car. My seats and handles were dirty as hell. Oh and no COVID protocols. These guys are awesome. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. We took our car here because we were having problems with it they fixed it the first time and said we have warranty but we have been coming back several times for it to get fixed and each time it's something new that they fix. The last couple of times we had told them it was the head gaskets and if they could take a look. They didn't look at them and they said it was something else. Took the car back in like a week ago we hadn't heard from them so we have them a call and they said it's the head gaskets and they hadn't been doing anything to the car it had just been sitting there. They said they were waiting for us to call but all the other times they called us. Now they want to charge us more than $800 to fix the head gaskets after we told them the first couple of times to take a look. Now they say the warranty doesn't cover the head gaskets. They also charged us for gas which I didn't mind but they also left their McDonald's receipt and wrappers in our car. Worst service ever. Do not recommend. read more

I cant speak highly enough of these guys! I had previously taken my car into the chevrolet dealership because i was having issues with my car idling and literally stopping while i was waiting at red lights! Despite pulling up to Chevy with the car shaking uncontrollably, they were still unable to get a reading on their diagnostics machine and informed me that their best guesses as to what it could be would cost me over $2,500! Keep in mind, they also kept my car for almost two days despite me having made an appointment weeks in advance. They couldn't even guarantee that what they suggested would fix the problems, so i decided that i would go elsewhere. I asked around for an honest, reliable well priced mechanic in town, and a friend of mine suggested Ventura and his crew at Gutierrez Tire. I headed over and was greeted by Sam and Irving. Sam took it for a test drive with me so I could explain to him the issues I was having so he could experience it himself. After a lap around the block, they informed me that they would take a look at it and get back to me in a bit. To my surprise, I received a phone call shortly after with a thorough explanation of what was wrong with the vehicle, what they would do, and how much it would cost. It was a FRACTION of what Chevy was going to charge, and Irving informed me that they could have it done that day if I gave them the green light. It was a no brainer for me. I was shocked when just a few short hours later, Irving called to let me know that the car was ready to go! The minute I drove the car out of the shop, i could immediately tell a difference in my cars performance. These guys are amazing and I highly recommend them for any of your mechanic needs! read more
