Overgrown bushes from this business repeatedly encroach across the fence line and have damaged my privacy screen, which was installed to block the view from neighboring residential properties as well as my own. I can't mention about their tire services, but the service they gave me was really great. The owner, I think, helped me out. Ok so I was on northbound hwy99 driving from long Beach area to go up to the bay area. Anyway, I heard this sound of deflation, I thought it was one of my tires. Pulled over and all my tires were fine. No flat. But I heard the sound again and pulled over at an Arco/AmPm station and I figured I check the bottom of my bumper. Boom! Low and behold, it was part of my bottom cover that had loose screws and cover was just dragging. I asked the gas station workers if they had any cables ties and they're like, "No, go to South Valley and they can take care of u." So I go there, and it was maybe a quarter mile or less from the gas station. Asked the man in their if they have heavy duty cable ties I can have so I can get my cover back on. The guy was like," let me pull your car up and I'll diagnose it and can zip tie for u." So he was able to zip tie it to make sure I make it up to the bay safely. $10 for a few zip ties and his labor, I was happy. They half heartedly (to put it lightly) finish the work they start. Ive brought several vehicles here before and for the most part they get the job done, but thats about it. They have subpar customer service and last time I brought my car here they got half the job done and left what little work they did finish undone with loose bolts and they waited till I showed up to pick up my vehicle to tell me that they were not done and that they needed to keep it an extra day wen they had promised to have it completely done by closing time that same day. read more

like in Sherman Oaks,  California and happened to be in Bakersfield, so I went to this place for tire change and alignment. But they did a horrible job putting my life at risk. I went to this place on September 2018 around 4 PM. I left home around 6:00 PM hearing scary sounds, and I called them on my way home, hoping I can go back so they can fix the problem. But they told me to come back on Monday, because they were closing, So I came back all the way from sherman oaks to Bakersfield with a horrible sound coming from my car while driving on the freeway to their shop, putting my life at risk, driving home and back to them. Luckily the part of my car went undone just as I arrived to their shop and not on the freeway, if this was going to happen on the freeway, I could have caused a major accident and who knows maybe even doing and killing others because of their negligence/ When I arrived to the shop, the inner part of my car posed out with smoke coming out of it. So they saw how bad was the situation, and one of the guys who worked there, immediately pulled the inner car with gloves in his hand and trashed it. Calling the manager Leo, and he promised to order the parts from Toyota and to replace it. And starting to do the alignment again, and this time they gave me a print out of the alignment, however the car steering wheel is not straight since they done it and it still pulls t the side, again they told me to come another day because they were closing. And, until this day, they haven't done a good job, I kept going back and fourth all the way from Sherman Oaks, Ca 91423 to Baketsfield, CA 93316 which is almost two hours drive each side, that is 4 hours of drive that I made omg many ovations a total of 10 attempts. That is 92.4 miles each site, times two times ten. That alone with gas, time and millage costed me more. In the mean tome, I will call to ask what's going on, and Leo will tell me to come down, the part is there, only he never ordered it. Apologizing and promising me it will be there in few days, all these times telling me the part was ready, and every time I arrived they came up with excuses, such as: of I forgot to order it, I promise next week. In the mean time being there I paid for new tired, still waiting for them to fix fix the alignment and putting back the inner part of the car that was burned because of their bad alignment. On other visit's when they tried fixing the alignment on December 10 on Monday. I was looking at them working on my car and saw them opening my entire steering wheel, when I asked what they're doing, they said alignment, it didn't look like like like they were doing an alignment and as a result my beeping horn doesn't work anymore, when I complain about it to the manager, MR Leo, he said he'll have them look into it at no charge the next time I come for them to put the new part they ordered which it never happened? When I come next time for them to put back what they removed from my car, which was damaged due to their negligence. Leo was always the one who kept promising me to take care of my car, and slowly as time went by and months went by since September last year, he started ignoring me when I said I will dispute the charges. By the time I called to dispute the charges it was already too late and they probably knew that what will happen all along waisting my time, my money and putting my life at risk. This is why I called today you the consumer's guide to automotive repair in California to file a complaint.  Because putting my life and others life in danger and scamming people is unacceptable. I must say, that they were polite and nice and this is why I didn't complain about them, giving them the benefit of the doubts, but they did an awful job, being busy and kept asking me to come back the following weeks, only with no results. read more

Still enduring the loud music at obnoxious levels. It seems there is a particular worker who does this as it mostly happening later days of the work week and from his truck. Can't even keep our doors open to cool them down before the heat comes because the music is just blaring! Some of us work from home, but can't even take a phone call with our doors close. Keep your music at levels only your workers can hear or the neighbors are going to have to start making regular formal complaints to the city and the cops. read more

Don't go here Oh that's my 69 Camaro that's maroon/silver PLEASE READ These guys had my 69 Camaro for 2 weeks and got nothing done expect crash my car braking my side mirror... They took pictures of my car putting it on Facebook but did zero work. They didn't tell me they crashed my car until I came to pick it up at the shop They attempted to fix my alternator problem but 15 minutes down the road my car died at Audio Pros because my battery wasn't getting charged. Car Audio Pros off White lane/Wible was able to figure out the 10 gauge wiring wasn't sufficient enough for my main power line from my alternator... They installed 4 gauges... South Valley should prolly hire them.. I'm running a 502 big block for perspective. Because they didn't do any CORRECT work except crash my car and take pictures I missed two other car appointments including a paint appointment the next day. Conclusion: Had my car for 2 weeks, crashed it, didn't tell me, did a poor alternator job that an Audio store had to correct, ordered my steering and alignment parts 2 days before I needed my car back, so I missed my other appointments. I'm also riding around without a driver side mirror now....... I am an Ex Raider and now Firefighter and this is the poorest service I have EVER received. ZERO Professionals. read more

I was traveling to Southern California, a seven hour drive, on a Friday. I had dinner reservations with my aunt and uncle. So when my low tire pressure light came on, I was really bummed. Not only was I going to miss dinner, I was also going to hit Friday evening LA traffic. I pulled off at the first exit, looked up tire shops and saw these guys were close.
