The service was horrible I came in to change a tpms sensor on one of my tires and the person advised I needed an alignment. They took the car to do the alignment and I watched the guy do the alignment and he basically didn't do anything.. when I was paying I requested a print out of my alignment and they said they couldn't provide it because he didn't have any ink and they didn't take a picture .. he said to come back he would have it for me .. how will they have it for me if I already left .. this was a total scam and I would watch out coming to these guys . read more

Quality and services are beyond worse in this establishment. Looks like the workers rely on one person to do all the work. The area was a complete mess. I wouldn't be shocked if you purchased a new tire then minutes later you have a nail. While waiting inside the shop you tend to snoop around and their equipment is out to date! After waiting more than 20 minutes inside the shop, where one of the workers told me to wait, the owner comes in and kicks me out since I wasn't allowed inside. Told him that his co worker said it was fine and it was no issue. The Owner had a Attitude,you could tell he is short tempered. I told him just to give me the wheel and I'll be on my way because my daughter was inside the car while being on Jack stands. Value here is no good, be careful. My tires weren't balanced just installed and now i deal with vibrations at high speeds. Do not I repeat DO NOT take your chances with this place. Beyond their unprofessional customer service their work Ethic is nonexistent. They won't take accountability for a their faults. I took my truck they ruined the rims when changing the tires. When I try to express my disapproval on their work the employee refused any responsibility for his actions even though I was standing right there pointing at it. I refused to get down to his level of ignorance and decided to take off. After looking the many bad reviews and unsatisfied customers I decided to take legal action. I can't say enough good about these guys. After another shop knowingly put the incorrect size and weight rated tires on my front end , causing a front end blowout on the highway and throwing off my alignment etc ....Gutierez tires got me back on the road fast , and made sure I had quality used tires of the correct size . Took advantage of a woman. I bought 4 used tires for my daughter's car. She picked up a nail a week later and they wanted to charge her to fix it. I took it to another tire shop and they fixed it for free but detained my daughter saying the tires were unsafe. The tread was barely legal. They were afraid for her safe2. I paid 129.00 for these tires and I'm upset they would put these on a young girls car and endanger her safety. Do not buy from these people they will take advantage of you. I would not recommend place to anyone. I payed $50 for synthetic blend oil change , came back for next service and they tried charging me $79. I told them I payed $50 last time and they said, that's impossible. Then I had them put on new tires and they Messed up my sensors on for my tires and tried to say that I need new batteries, and quoted me $260. These guys are ridiculous. I'm done with this place. They might be good at tires but, if you need anything mechanical stay away. I took my car in for service on my air condition. They totally screw me out of $1800. After 4 visits and having the car 2 or more day for each visit, and doing things to the car and not telling me, I had to take the car to the ford dealer to get things fixed correctly. Do not get your A/C service done here. They are the worse. Took my car in to get the a/c serviced($180) on a Saturday. When I got the car back it was blowing 90 degrees. Took it back the following Monday and paid to have a diagnostic done so I would know the problems. They told me it was the expansion valve($280), and they would have to keep my car till the next day, so I left my car. Tuesday when I got the car back it was almost closing time and the car was blowing 80 degree air. Took the car back that Friday and was told my condenser and evaporator were plugged up and would have to be replaced, something they should have noticed when they replaced the expansion valve and when it wasn't blowing cold air. Picked my car up so I could save up some money before getting it fixed at some other place. Decided to I would just put it on my credit card. The shop I took it to told me they had drained all the freon they had charged me for and didn't put back in the car. Word of advice, don't not advertise you can do a job when the people you have doing such job have no clue what they are doing. Photos are of expansion valve and evaporator housing. I've been going to this location since 2017 and have referred a lot of people because of the customer service and pricing. This evening was the first time I experienced rude customer service. I've always paid a set amount for my oil changes and the last time I went, I was told there would be a credit on my account because I was overcharged and they would keep it the same amount I have always paid. When I checked in this evening the front desk guy didn't even care to look this up, he just said pricing is now (such and such) so do I want it or not. Well obviously I do, I left work early to come and I'm here already so yes. Then he said not to be mad at him that it wasn't his fault prices changed. I wasn't mad actually ( I get inflation in the economy and also work in sales/customer service) but he could have responded better. This is my first time seeing him here as I typically come Sat mornings due to work and usually have the same older gentlemen helping me (not sure if he is manager or owner) but he has always been nice and helpful. It's now time to pay and its more than the guy told me (go figure). I guess its time to look for a new place. read more

When you say that the $85 diagnostic fee is out toward the charge of parts and services, you can't add a $115 upcharge to get that money plus more back. They told myself and my son that the AC diagnostic was 65 plus 20 for freon, then charged another 115$ when reminded by what they said! I will NEVER go back here, nor will I recommend anyone to them. We are a family of 5 vehicles that's a lot of money they just lost out for future services. My first clue should have been the stench of weed as soon as you walk in. If I could put zero stars I would. I'm writing this review on behalf of my parents, who only speak Spanish. My parents took in their van to get an oil change and when they got it back, but it was leaking oil. My parents said they did not put they oil filter on right. They took the van back to receive another oil change and this time it was on too tight so they wanted to charge my dad $80 to take it off. They wanted to charge my dad for a BAD JOB THEY DID. That's just not right!!! My dad refused to pay them and left and took the van to another mechanic and they only charged him $5 to take it off. I really wanted to write this for them because my parents' experience was so bad and they were DEFINITELY taken advantage of. I'm extremely disappointed. I went In needing two used tires for my 02 Mitsubishi eclipse. They gave me a price and that's what I ended up paying for right out the door. $80 for two good condition Kumho tires. Thread was good. Service was less than a hour. No appointment needed. But, when I took the car home the size of the tires looked off. I waited for my husband to get home and he told me they did not put on the right size tire. Came back with my husband and the same guy LIED to him telling him that he had warn me that they only had that size tire! The guy NEVER warned me. He asked if I knew what size, in which I replied no.
