This tire shop did an amazing job and provide friendly service. Our family was on a trip with our travel trailers and we had too many unexpected tire blow outs. We went from 2 tires they had in stock to getting new tires for all 3 travel trailers. This included 10 tires total. However, I was able to locate them on our way to our destination which was conveniently right off the highway. The lot size was big and we provided our ETA. They managed to get all the tires including full sets that weren't in stock in the short time frame that we arrived. We waited for installations for 3 trailers and they did it quickly. Tire pressure kept dropping so we stopped thinking there was a nail. We called 10 minutes out, and they took our tires off, and thoroughly checked the tires for nails and leaks. Efficient, polite, and professional! Thanks to Gutierrez Tire, a bad situation with a flat tire [in the middle of nowhere] was quickly turned into a positive memory. I called Armando 15 minutes before arriving at their store, driving on Route 46 on my way to Los Angeles, on a rear tire that was steadily losing air due to a puncture. By the time I arrived, the team was ready to jump into action. The tire was patched (fortunately, the puncture was in the middle of the tire) in 5 minutes, aired up, and tested. There was no attempt to push for replacing the tire, and a reasonable fee of $30 was charged for the repair. A new set of tires have already been ordered, but the repair is still holding fine, and I cannot rave enough about how welcoming, polite, and professional the Gutierrez tire staff were last Friday during this emergency. read more

These guys were just amazing they immediately took the car assessed the issue and did a patch on the tire, balanced and checked to make sure all was in working order. They put my spare back under the car and we were set to go and at a completely inexpensive cost. After experiencing a flat two days in a row on our summer road trip our spare got us to Gutierrez tires. Very busy with semi trucks and still we were able to drive up pull out the tire we changed on the side of the highway and Jorge helped us identify the issue with our three week old new tire. The valves weren't replaced with the tires from another state so thankfully an easy fix. When we initially called to check if our tire was in stock it was, I just wanted to be sure before we arrived. Please be aware cash only! We had enough to cover 2 brand new valves at 15$ each didn't ask for change. He also checked the other tires and filled our spare up with some air. I found Gutierrez Tire on Google and called to make sure they were open. A lady answered quickly and professionally. As soon as we drove up, the mechanic approached us and started to diagnose the problem. He saw that our tire had a worn area on it, (thus the vibration problem) and sold us a tire for a good price, changed it and made sure all the tires where highway ready.
