The review is AWESOME! My husband and I were driving 10 teens (soccer team) to the San Diego Surf when the back wheel tire started to vibrate. I found Gutierrez Tire on Google and called to make sure they were open. A lady answered quickly and professionally. As soon as we drove up, the mechanic approached us and started to diagnose the problem. He saw that our tire had a worn area on it, (thus the vibration problem) and sold us a tire for a good price, changed it and made sure all the tires where highway ready. I was amazed of the fast service and that they even had the correct size tire for our old van! We were on the road within 20 minutes and the vibration problem was gone! These guys literally saved us!! We were driving a Tesla on I-5 and all of a sudden the low pressure tire warning came on. The pressure was also quickly getting lower. THANK GOD FOR THIS PLACE! My fiancé and I were on our way from San Diego to Napa because I am going to be MOH in my BFFs wedding. We end up getting a flat in the middle of nowhere.... I was taking a trip to LA when one of my tires got punctured by a large nail and went flat on I-5. We gave Gutierrez a call and they were able to come out on-site to try to patch or replace the tire. The hole was too big to patch but they replaced the entire on-site without any issues and got us going! Efrain came to the rescue after i discovered a flat around the Harris Ranch area on my road trip to Disneyland. I bought a fix a flat spray can but that only worked for an hour. I was getting worried as I didn't want to go over the Grapevine with a slow leak. Luckily, my stop at the Lost Hills exit yielded this great find. Efrain said it would cost $20 and it'd be done in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later i was back on the road with my sleeping child in the backseat the entire time-- situation under control. Blew my tire out on 5 and put on spare. Still had 200 miles to drive and stopped at Gutierrez Tire to see if they had a full size tire to replace on my car. It was late at night. Staff there super friendly. Spent a while looking for a tire match. They thought he had one, pulled my old tire off, but turns out they didn't have a match. They put my tire back on, checked all my tires for pressure, chatted with me for a bit on how to best to drive on spare and sent me on way. No charge since no tire match. I got a flat tire on the way up driving from LA to SF. While they didn't have a tire for my Ford Fusion, they figured out a way and found me a slightly smaller tire. They took one of good rear wheel tires and moved it to the front and put this small one on the back. This way I at least made it to the Bay Area since I didn't have a spare. One of my car's tires had a slow leak on I-5. It was Sunday night around 8 pm. With family & 4+ hours still left to drive I didn't want to take any chances. The technician was working on a Semi truck but immediately took a look at my car. Within seconds he jacked the wheel, found a nail in the tire, took the wheel off & was patching the tire. Had a nail-induced flat on the 5 at 10pm on the Friday of labor day weekend. Worried about driving the rest of the way to LA on the donut, and pretty sure I wouldn't find anywhere open over the holiday to sell me a tire before heading back to the Bay Area, the AAA driver suggested I try Gutierrez. They were fast, efficient, and put a $40 used tire on for me when it turned out a hole through the sidewall prevented them from plugging my old tire. They could easily have taken advantage of my stranded, holiday-weekend, middle-of-the-desert, late-night plight and charged an arm and a leg to get me back on the road, but instead were fast and cheap! 3 guys coming back from a crazy weekend from Vegas only to find ourselves stranded in the middle of nowhere off of I-5 for hours upon hours with a blown out tire. Finally we got a tow to Lost hills after spending the night at a cheap motel off the beaten path. I had my car got towed into the shop and it was quickly determined that I needed a new set of tires which I got in an hours time and at a pretty good price. The only thing that kept it from getting a great 5 star score was the fact that when my car was getting lowered to the ground from the truck it became stuck because the flat tire was lodged into the bumper. The fucking guy decides to KICK THE TIRE sending a shard of my BMW bumber clanging on the ground, at which he looks at me and giggles. Who the fuck does that? They first checked to see if they could repair our tire, and when it was deemed unrepairable, installed a similar sized tire that could at least get us to our destination so that we wouldn't have to stay overnight until our rental provider opened. I didn't expect that there would be a place to get my tire replaced at that time but was relieved when I came to Gutierrez Tire.
