Amazing customer service! My wife had a flat tire on the freeway yesterday and pulled off the road. I had Pacific Tire come out and look. They saw the tire had an irreparable hole in it and had a spare she could use right on the service truck. They ordered me a new tire and I had it put on today. The new tire was delivered and ready to install the same day but I didn't have time to go that day. I went today and had the new tire installed in no time. These guys are the best in Kern County! These guys are great, I've taken my wife's Mercedes Benz in for a full set of Michelin Pilots and they beat Discount/American tire by almost 200 dollars. They came to my house and installed 7 tires on our Winnebago and did front and rear brakes with a brake fluid exchange.... All at a very reasonable price. read more

I don't usually post reviews, but I had to for this specific shop. I was on the 5 fwy near Bakersfield and my right rear tire popped. I managed to replace it with my spare tire. I became worried though as most auto shops were closed by then. Thankfully, I was able to call Pacific Tire and tell them of my situation. They were 10 minutes from closing shop, but the kind owner there said he'd wait. The second I got there, I felt like I was in NASCAR lol. They replaced my spare tire and front two tires as well in the span of about 5 minutes. I was in and out very fast! Amazing service! I was taken care of. Had it not been for them, I would have been left astray in the middle of nowhere, but I was back on the road in no time! THANK YOU! read more

I bought a new 2018 Chevy 2500 HD. I took my truck to Pacific tire cause I was remodeling the owner Noe &Rachel f. Swimming pool. I ask noe if he would be interested in leveling my new truck and adding new wheels and tires. I took his recommendation of a pro comp leveling kit and I picked personally the wheels by fuel. I'm extremely happy with the tires and wheels but the lift kit was pro trash. My truck road like the titanic afterwords the nice truck felt unstable and scary to drive. I took the truck to California truck and got a second opinion. They informed me that the pro comp lift was nothing but new tortion keys and that's it. At California truck He recommended a cognito leveling kit. I took his recommendation and had them remove the pro comp kit. The truck rides amazing now. I recommend taking your vehicle to someone who specializes in lifts tires and wheels. Pacific tire is unrecommended by me. Attached it the truck and the amazing pool remodel by my company. Had a bearing blowout on the 99 pulling a trailer on the way to Famoso. Got our rig to Pacific Tire and they got on it right away. Their head mechanic went above and beyond with what turned out to be a difficult repair (rotor wouldn't come off, bearing was "welded" to the spindle, etc) Price was fair and work was quality. Hit a pot hole next and needed a new tire. Called up the Pacific Tire and they had the size I needed for a Acura TSX. (The other guys didn't). Drove out to meet me near Flying J's.
