On a recent trip through the Carson Valley, our tire completely shredded. We were lucky to get Jerod from D &S tow to come out and rescue us. He was quick, efficient, and extremely pleasant. But both my drives Zack & Brandon were nice enough to let me sit in their trucks while they did all dirty work. They were friendly and communicative on both my tows to my destination. Not only were my drivers incredible, Mia in the office was personable remembering my name, facts about my pregnancy and showing true care/concern for my situation. We knew we'd have to get it towed to a different shop (not going back to Champion - they didn't fix our problem the first time). The Suburban was stuck in our garage at the bottom of a steep driveway. We explained this to the tow company receptionist and she said she'd get her best guy on it. She was very professional and helpful. Zach came was also very professional and friendly. Despite a challenging situation, Zach got the surburban out of the garage and up the driveway with no damage to the vehicle or garage! Charges were totally reasonable also! Had a great experience.
