The manager told me the driver was "on the way" and it'd be another 10-15 minutes. At 10:35 PM, I still had nothing. I checked the app -- it was still baking. So I called again. Let's be honest here: even if the food had shown up at that point, it would've been cold and disgusting -- and I'd be sitting there eating $28 worth of soggy, late food (including a $3 tip) with zero explanation. So I told them I wanted to cancel. What I got instead was a manager who: * Gave me no apology * Gave me 72 hours for a refund * And literally ended the call while I was still speaking This wasn't a small order. This wasn't me being impatient. This was over an hour of waiting, being misled, and then dismissed like I was the inconvenience. I've already filed a formal complaint with corporate. And just so we're clear -- I didn't just cancel the order. I drove to a completely different Sarpino's and picked up the food myself. Because this location? Never again. If you value your time, your money, or your patience -- go anywhere else.

The calzone was still hot, and the cheese was still hot after traveling 25 miles. I highly recommend this location. However, they are expensive and so is the shipping. Our last order arrived late and was only partially frozen. The dry ice on top in the crate was completely dissolved. The crate was on a FedEx truck for several days. FedEx driver never rings the bell or knocks either to let you know order has arrived. Customer service not helpful. Not sure if I will be ordering from this company again.

All you need to do is order at least $50.00 worth of meals and you're good to go. Shipping is prompt and your order will arrive packed in dry ice, in a large polystyrene foam container (which is itself wrapped in plastic). Not the most environment-friendly packaging. Secondly, using their website to place orders is a snap, and I also like how they will email you discount codes on a regular basis. I've also been given a quarterly rebate (in the the form of a discount code) based on the amount of my orders during that time -- kind of a loyalty bonus. Finally, the meals are OK, and I like that they are generally healthy and on the light side calorie-wise. Although they are pricier, the Signature meals are where you will find the highest quality entrees. Some meals can be prepared in the microwave, while others require cooking in the oven (at least based on the instructions printed on each container). It's also convenient that their meals can be kept frozen and not have to be consumed with a seven day window. Overall, I think that Magic Kitchen is definitely worth considering as an option to add some variety to your diet. Some of their meals are better than others, though.

The chicken wrap was excellent too, served with a side of dill sauce that tied everything together. Went during happy hour, which was a great deal -- just get there before 5:30, it cuts off early. I just want to say what a GREAT experience I've had dining at Hemma Hemma! I've been there twice…read moreso far, and have been consistently impressed. This past week, I joined a friend for lunch, and we both want to formally thank Dana at the front counter for being so welcoming, gracious and helpful. I accidentally knocked over the menu holder, and she reassured me that it was fine and happens frequently. My friend and I split the bill for our order, and she cheerfully rang up each of our portions separately. She guided us through some of the menu options which was much appreciated as there were some new items since my last visit. The food here is FANTASTIC!! I can't remember what I ordered on my first visit (but I do remember that it was delicious!); this week, I had the Brookside Buiddha Bowl, which was AMAZING! Even the presentation was wonderful (see attached photo)! All the ingredients were delicious, and the flavors melded beautifully, and it was so satisfying; it kept me fueled and focused during a long afternoon at work. My friend had the Pickle Chicken Bacon Ranch salad and said it was mouth-wateringly fabulous. The weather was nice enough to sit in the outside patio, which is well-appointed (even a free water station); the first time I was here, I ate indoors and the dining area is light, airy, and expansive, with plenty of room between tables and quiet enough to chat. Having such a healthy, delicious restaurant in the neighborhood is marvelous, and I'm already planning my next trip back to Hemma Hemma! Thank you all SO much!

Booked them last minute here in Metro Atlanta and I should've known it was a bad when they told me…read morethey were 10 min away but it was really an hour in a half. I asked for transparent service and was specific about my needs. Not only did they run the clock they still didn't finish the job and asked for a tip even with the $600 I ended up paying after I was quoted and assured $355 for 2 men and a truck. I ended up having to book another company days later to finish what they didn't and the second company did way more with a one man crew, shorter time and heavier furniture . Would never recommend ShipNDip to anyone . Waste of time and money.

When I first booked the move in May, I was genuinely excited and felt confident about the process…read more The following week, I received a call from Jacobe asking was I still using them for the move. I confirm that I would be relocating from Georgia to Texas. I also reminded them that I had already paid the deposit at which point it seemed he recalled the details. At the end of June, I followed up with a call stating I'll send them the exact Cypress, TX address next week. As anyone familiar with the route knows, moving from Georgia to Texas is a long-distance move that takes a minimum of 10 hours. Every other company I contacted acknowledged this upfront. I texted him the last Monday of June with exact address. However, during the week of my move, the following week, I was contacted and informed that there had been an error--the ZIP code entered was for Cypress, Illinois instead of Texas. Illinois had never been mentioned in any of our conversations. Which when I made a deposit in May it was from GA to Texas, how else would I have received a quote ??? This mistake on their end resulted in a revised quote with an additional charge of nearly $700. Jacobe told me the increase was due to an additional four hours of drive time, based on my "new" address. I was also told that the original quote was based on an 8-hour estimate, which didn't make sense since the move to Texas clearly exceeds that timeframe. I felt blindsided. I was made to feel as though I was at fault, and the response lacked accountability or empathy. I was even told I could cancel if needed and that I was being done a favor with the pricing, because he offered me a discount when I booked which was disappointing, as this was a paid service I had booked months in advance. He mentioned that he does moves on a daily basis, and he doesn't need my money seemingly suggesting that he believed I was questioning his integrity or accusing him of being dishonest, something I never implied. As an entrepreneur myself, I understand the importance of clear communication, attention to detail, and professionalism. This situation could have been avoided with proper systems in place. He knew from the very beginning I was moving to Cypress, TX from Georgia either way, it would have been 10 hrs , which he stated me not having the exact address would not mess anything up, as long as the address would be in the Cypress area, which is the whole reason I booked with them because I did not know what apartments I was moving to. Unfortunately, I had to cancel and scramble to find another moving company at the last minute even though I had planned ahead and booked well in advance. If you decide to go with this company, I recommend hiring them through Thumbtack. That way, you'll be able to leave a review on the platform he actively uses to promote his services. Otherwise, it may be difficult for others to see your feedback on other platforms.
