Bummer town- we ordered a mix of items and like most being delivery only the food arrived cold. We had to send a text to our Dasher to see what was up cause he sat at the restaurant for a good 20 minutes before he actually left the restaurant even though his status was headed to us. Fail to the dasher! Food... Cuban per husband was a meh after heating everything back up to even eat. Fries were fries and crunchy but nothing crazy good. Mac N Cheese reminded me of the Velveeta Cheese..not good! Fried pickle with ranch, didn't know they were spicy as this was the only thing my daughter wanted on the menu and they're spicy makes me super sad. Cheesesteak Egg Rolls I like, they're crispy and all but lacking anything on the inside of them. Nothing I would order again or recommend to anyone to try. read more

No thank you!! Got the Cuban and the Mac and Cheese. I don't even know what to say about the Cuban Sandwich.... 1) it was cold - but with delivery as an only option what do you expect I guess 2) the meat looked straight up like some cheap deli meat from a bag 3) the flavors together were very strange - almost funky? The Mac and Cheese I could not eat - tasted sour. Not exactly what I was hoping for even a little bit. Nothing what the menu has you to believe. Also, what's up with the little potato chip things? Scheduled a delivery for later in the day. A Door Dash driver called me 45 minutes before my order was to arrive confirming he was going to pick up my order. The order arrived on time and hot. Great packaging Jalapeno Pig Poppers: Excellent. They have BBQ sauce drizzled on them. Not a fan of BBQ sauce, but I still give them an A+. Chicken Parm-eroni: Wow, enough food for three meals. The tomato sauce is a sweet sauce. I added red pepper flakes to give it a little kick. B+ Chocolate Whiskey Cake: Ohhhhhhhhhhh so moist! A+ Can't wait to try more items on the menu. read more

OK, I see a number of less than, OK reviews. I completely understand how a few people are "underwhelmed" by the food because of delivery only food certainly loses something in its transport. Personally, I tempered my expectations because it is delivery only. We ordered a number of items and they ranged from "not eating that again" to "yup, I am totally ordering this again. Like others, my food was just barely warm upon arrival. Since I am a positive person, I will start with what I liked. First were the fries, I don't know what it was about them; perhaps it was the shape? Maybe the seasoned salt? Maybe because I was really hungry. Regardless I was really digging them. Next on the list was the S-M-Cheesesteak Egg Rolls. I completely loved these things. I like them so much I will buy a double order and take the extras, wrap them in foil and tape them to the inside of my arms. That way when I need something awesome in my mouth I can pull one off and go to town on it....Still working out the logistics on how to transport the sauce. I am thinking of some sort of bladder attached to my back. Seriously, I could eat those until I explode. So onto the food rated at "meh", and "get that out of my face". I ordered the Mac n Cheeseburger. the positive was the burger was good, as is the sauce that adorned it. The Mac n Cheese portion of the burger was like a bad Velveeta sauce that meets slightly overcooked macaroni. It was OK. The other thing about the burgers I noticed is that they put shredded lettuce on their burgers. That is a complete turnoff. The bad portion of the order was the Cuban which my wife ordered. Sorry, but it wasn't worth eating the whole sandwich. II only had one bite and it seems like the meat wasn't right, and it just didn't taste like what I would expect from other places I had Cuban Sandwiches (i.e. Victor's 1959). Honestly, the egg rolls and fries added two stars. If it was not for those, I would have given two stars. We were curious, so we ordered delivery via Door Dash. I am sorry in advance because I neglected to take any pictures of our food. I am ALSO sorry to report that Guy Fieri completely missed the exit for "Flavortown." He drove right by and crashed his red convertible into "Fry It Till it Dies Town." Our order consisted of: 1) The S-M cheesesteak eggrolls. These are exactly what you'd think. As a native Philadelphian, I'll say the eggroll filling was "cheesesteak-esque". But passable. The wrapper was very thick and they were fried crispy. It was also served with big cups of sirracha ketchup and more cheese sauce. I really wanted some good old marinara sauce instead. It definitely did not need more cheese sauce (and I LOVE extra cheese everything). And yet, it was the best thing we ordered. 2) The bacon mac n cheese burger. OK - I enjoy the novelty of topping a cheeseburger with mac n cheese. This was my husband's meal but I did grab a bite. I thought it was a decent burger. But not something I think I'd order again for me. I honestly don't think I could eat that whole thing - it was waaay too rich for me. 3) The Chicken Guy chicken sandwich. First, this sandwich was humongous. The chicken breast was literally almost twice the size of the bun. This sandwich was almost inedible to me. The chicken was coated in a dense corn meal type coating and fried to almost burnt. The meat was dry and the sandwich was crunchy. I didn't enjoy it very much. 4) Fried pickles, which were average. But again, I thought the coating used was really dense. Dill sauce was pretty decent. Let's just say we were not too impressed. I can't remember the last time I've thrown that much food right in the garbage. **I do want to say that I respect the hell out of Guy Fieri for what he's done for restaurant workers this last year. The cost is way too high for what you get. "Flavor" Town it is not. The wings were very sub-par not to mention cold upon delivery. (Which can be as expected with delivery but this is their only option) The chicken sandwich was pretty good, but still overpriced for what it was. We won't be ordering again. read more

First time, last time... Delivery service partner needs to be near perfect if you are going to create a no-take-out, delivery-only restaurant, especially in these times. Ordered at 2:20 p.m. for a scheduled 6:15 p.m. delivery from Maple Grove, MN. Got a text update at 6:14 p.m. saying the delivery would now be at 6:28. Got a text update at 6:25 saying the delivery would be at 6:36. Got a text message at 6:35 saying the delivery would now be at 6:48. Called the 1-888... number to get a 'real' update...this number is not for the local restaurant. Got a long-winded automated triage menu that eventually hung up on us...called again, hung up on again; called a third time, hung up on again. Finally got thru to someone not locally that said the food was done and ready to be delivered at 6:15...almost an HOUR after it was supposed to be delivered. Asked them to cancel the order. We went elsewhere to a place that knows how to do the delivery thing. read more

Don't order from this sham. We spent 3 hours waiting for our food, checking in regularly with the driver and the poor Buca host, but ultimately had the order cancelled with no explanation. We wasted our time and our evening. I wish I had read these reviews first. Worthless place read more

Ordered direct form the Flavortown website (5 meals at 5:45 on Friday (2/26/2021) their estimated delivery time was 7:30pm. Checked the postmate delivery website and the delivery time kept getting delayed - finally called Buca and asked when ti would be delivered. The hostess said she just handed the order to the driver so it should be there shortly. Kept checking Postmates and the delivery time kept getting later. Finally called back at 8:45 pm and said I wanted to cancel the order because it wasn't here yet. She said the driver just walked in and she asked if thy delivered the food and the driver said no, they had to wait for all the orders before they could leave. I canceled my order. Woke up in the morning to a notification that the driver attempted to deliver my food at 11:56 PM - After I had canceled the order. My food sat in their car from 8:15 pm - until 11:45 pm read more
