    Chili Cheese Fries Burrito
    Oliver P.

Great service! Clean restaurant and great Chili! I wanted to try the Chili Cheese Fries Burrito because I saw it online and it was really good! I got the Cookies & Cream Freezee as well and it was perfect! Overall it was all very good and not too expensive! Download the Wienerschnitzel app and there's some coupons there! They have a coupon for the Chili Cheese Fries Burrito I got which was 2 for $4!

Amazing Wienerschnitzel! Was here on Thanksgiving night and the food was exceptionally prepared. They managed to make having a holiday meal at a fast food restaurant extra special. Thank you to the employees and especially Daniela who made a picture perfect banana split!

Was greeted when I walked in, was around 8pm and they do a good job of keeping the dining room clean. Very helpful and friendly customer service. Got a deal for 2 chili dogs and chili fries for 6$ Great deal if you ask me. The chili was hot and the hot dogs were very filling, would definitely recommend for a cheap meal break. They even bring the food to you. Fries could be better.

There's a chili cheeseburger with very little chili.

This is my second time here first time it happened. This is the second time it's happened. The burger did not have any chili cheese or very little and hot and the bun is very hard at the very end. The service is good. The ambience is OK will give them one more try. hopefully this location is not is going downhill. Had to order a side of chili cheese to put in my burger.

This was supposed to be a ketchup dog in a kids meal. I don't think they succeeded.

The Dutch crunch bread type was very interesting and a must try,if you have never had it. I had everything on it. Mustard, mayo lettuce, tomato, pickles. Not sure what else was in it other than avocado but it was amazing. Customer service was much to be desired and the dude with the long dirty blonde hair definitely needs some lessons with explaining kindly rather than just pointing at a sign. This dude shouldn't be at the front line taking orders, who knows how much business he's losing as a result of his public social skills. Placing an order. Speaking with this guy was a very unpleasant experience. The owner needs to record the interaction and reactions of the employees and customers to see what's going in. The food? Fantastic! Couldn't recommend a better place to order a sandwich from. Service not so much. Would have given at least a 4 ,but again customer service skills is lacking here. The sandwich maker with the brown short hair is really nice and pleasant to interact with. Maybe ted Nugent should watch how he interacts with the public. Update: Mgmnt got back really quick and remediated the issue with the employee and hopefully improves over time. Sometimes, that's all it takes to get the full 5* stars, thanks Steve!

I was going to round down for pretty shoddy customer service, but thankfully, the employee turned it around after I placed my order. This is set up as the other Firehouses. You order at one end and then they call you once it's prepared. I ordered my usual garlic bread with a turkey sandwich. I had requested that they toast the bread *before putting on the butter, otherwise it's just soggy bread. He looked at me as if I had 3 heads, but thankfully he followed my request for my order and all was well. It was a good experience, overall. If you're a fan of F.S., this one was pretty good overall.

Just inside the door it was obvious to get a place to sit you better be seated "now!" Everyone was eating, tables were covered with food, it looked great. Our order was taken, the person taking the order was quick, to the point and was not asking how my mother was doing. We were there to eat-not socialize. The receipt was ripped off and passed over with a flick. No instruction given like 'they'll call your number' or 'you pick up over there.' In the next 5 minutes if you paid attention for about 20 seconds you learned how things worked. It was busy, plates looked great and the aroma inside the place was something else. Our food came quick, we sat and began to peel open our pastrami dip sandwiches. Oh, they smelled great. They looked great. The meat was delicious, melt-in-your mouth tender. They did notice us! They like us! I could not imagine how much better a pastrami sandwich could have been. The bread was very good too-you know the Earl of Sandwich was onto to something way back when....the combination of meat and bread was great. The Hat has numerous other locations in the LA area...if you want a beyond generous sandwich you must stop and order the pastrami.

Just a few minutes away, tucked into the corner of a shopping area next to a Target, it is easy to get to, easy to order, and available for takeout or dine-in. The menu offered several tasty-sounding vegetarian sandwiches, so I really had to spend some time deciding before I even got there. I settled on the Californian (house-marinated artichoke hearts, avocado, sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, green leaf lettuce, herb aioli) and some kettle chips as an add-on. It does come with a small green side salad (Urbane House Side Salad), with a vinaigrette dressing. The sandwich was very tasty, with plenty of vegetables, and clearly had artichokes aplenty. I ordered with extra aioli on the side, but in the end did not need it, as the sandwich was very moist as made. (I did use it as a dip for the chips - no waste here!) But honest I didn't come for the dessert. I came for the meat and meat is what I got. I ordered a rack of baby back ribs. They were flavorful and very meaty. It wasn't a chilis size rack it was more of a Fred flintstone size rack. I'm exaggerating but you get it. I also ordered a 1/4 lb of brisket. It wasn't juicy and fatty. Not sure if they offer a lean cut. But if juice is what you're are looking for this would deliver. The sides I got were potato salad = good, mac and cheese = slightly better than good, baked beans = not good. The baked beans were so tomato heavy. Maybe that's a Tex mex baked bean and if so I don't need it. They tasted as if there was no brown sugar or sweetening agent in them at all. Again maybe it is just a preference thing. I would not order them again. The ribs were tender and the sauce was very nice. It was a sweet sauce which I love so if that's your bag get ready to enjoy.
