I wish I could rate them 0 stars as I am so frustrated, as I ordered a sandwich (#13) that got literally 1 slices of ham and half strip of bacon, I added veggies to it so at least has that but the cold cuts are almost none. I also ordered an additional Italian sandwich which was made with the normal amount of meat so I decided to give them a call, I took a Pic of the #13 and sent it to a number I was provided by the store and I received a call from the Manager....when I received a call the manager mentioned that this is the normal mount of cold cuts for the sandwich and that thwre was nothing he could do for me....which made no sense as I have ordered many times before at this store and different locations and this is the first time I received a sandwich that has barely no cold cuts...Who will pay $12.97 for a meatless sandwich if not a vegan sandwich....Definetely there is a lot of opportunities for this store and management

Take a look at this $11 Sandwich. No meat and they did not follow instructions not to add lettuce. My son picked this up so I did not visit the restaurant personally. Will never go back here.

This is the #12 BEACH CLUB. Random onion.I didn't ask for and 1 slice of turkey. 1 slice!! I can't believe it.

Can't believe this you get a $13 sandwich and it comes with 1 slice of turkey and a random onion you didn't ask for. Unbelievable. Do your self a favor and don't come here. Please don't waste your time or money. Only positive from this location is the kind girl that took my order.

Was craving a good size sandwich and Jimmy John's never disappoints! Decided to place an online order through their app. Customized my sandwich and everything was correct when received. The bread is my favorite part as well as the add-ons such as peppers, oregano, and extra shredded lettuce. Paired excellent with the bootleggers sandwich. Will definitely return soon.

Only 1 slice of turkey, they say they weigh there meat but they don't.

Don't go to the moorpark Jimmy John's unless you want only 1 piece of meat on your sandwich. This isn't the first time this has happened, this is every time. Even reached out to corporate and they blew me off and said they weigh the meat every time. Great company!!! Won't go back.

Verification of my visit and showing no tomato's on either original recipe nor the refund reprint.

Follow up to Review two days ago. I was finally able to get ahold of someone at Jimmy John's corporate offices after going to voicemail all day yesterday. Spoke to a customer service representative and she was unable to give me any straight answers so I asked to be transferred to a Supervisor. Waited a short time and got a Supervisor on the line. Asked her if the name of the owner of the Moorpark store was named " Sal" because in my phone conversation with " Sal" he told me he was Manager, Supervisor and Owner of the store. Well Jimmy John's refused to even give me the owner's name but did confirm to me in Emails back to corporate office was NOT the name on the Emails or I am assuming signed by. So I received a phone call from " Sal" who claimed to wear all the hats including Owner of the franchise yet gives me a fake name in dealing with a customer experience at the Moorpark Restaurant on New L A Ave. This to me is very odd considering this "Sal" has a business within the community but won't actually use his real name on a phone call. Also, when you call into Jimmy John's Corporate you are required to give first and last name as well as complete phone number for them to contact you back however when you ask for the owners name pertaining to who " Sal" represented himself as they won't give you anything. Again strange that we the customer must give complete information yet they do not reciprocate by even verifying a name I was given or even the owners first name to indeed establish he was who he represented himself as. I asked the Supervisor what if I had not wanted to provide complete information then what? Her response was " That's your right to do however they will not contact you back regarding any issues if it's not left. Again odd to me that a full name is required for a call back. Customer Supervisor for Jimmy John's said there was nothing they would do towards "Sal" for being rude to me and handing up on me as his way to solve a customer issue and she even as did "Sal" have no concern over a sandwich I ordered having tomatoes put on it which I have a food allergy to and could have resulted in a serious problem. All in all thru my calls Corporate Office takes the position that the way " Sal" is allowed to deal with a customer issue is fine by them which means neither Jimmy John's nor " Sal" are concerned with customer satisfaction yet wants us to spend our money there and support their businesses. When I ended my call I asked the Supervisor if it was alright to use her name in this review and she said " I guess so. " So I asked her again and she said "she would prefer not." So in respecting her privacy ( As Jimmy John's should do by just asking for a first name and phone number ) I am leaving her name out of this as she requested. Privacy needs to be protected!!!!! I know even though I've " been banned" by Sal from this restaurant I would never set foot in that restaurant again nor recommend it to anyone who's in the area to go. There are plenty of other sandwich shops to go including Jersey Mike's, Subway and Dan's Super Subs in Woodland Hills that will provide you excellent and caring customer service and great value and quality food for the same $18.00+ I paid and get the order correct!!!! Please see attached receipts from restaurant on July 29th and my sandwich was not to have tomatoes on it and YES I did receive a full refund and the reprint again shows no tomatoes on the sandwich. Funny thing is when " Sal" called me he couldn't verify when he actually was contacted by Corporate and also was asking me if I was complaining about a refund. Never once did I ever tell Corporate that in fact I told them they had offered to remake the sandwich which I refused but had been given a full refund. To me it just shows " Sal" isn't concerned with customer satisfaction when he doesn't take enough interest in the complaint sent to him by Corporate AND never once apologized for my terrible initial visit. Again not interested in making it right.. At least in my case. Have a wonderful day everyone and eat wisely and healthy.

    Turkey and cheese sandwich.

First time customer and I will NOT be returninNot a good value AT ALL! Paid $7 for barely ONE slice (if that's what you want to call it) of meat on this turkey/cheese I got for my son.

I usually come here get the same thing but I got an Italian sub it was so good. I forgot which one was it but there is such quality food here. They have chips and there subs are unique different from other sub places. I am actually going to favorite that sub I will come back with the review of that specific sub when I go back again

Visiting Southern California and had to make a Jimmy John's stop. By far, best chain sandwich joint. For those of you who complain about not having hot sandwiches, that's not a sandwich joint. Suggest the Spicy Italian, add those jimmy peppers to whatever you order and make sure you grab a pickle bucket to go because theirs are delicious. Sandwiches always taste great, bread is always amazing. Sandwiches aren't drenched like at Jersey Mike's and ingredients aren't nasty like Subway and Quiznos.

Is the restaurant reopening? The restaurant next door has a hand written sign "closed next few days" but no real details and the phone is disconnected, and sounds like it's been more than a few days.

JIMMY JOHNS IS BACK UP AND RUNNING AGAIN

Is this location closed? I've been trying to go there for the past week, phone is disconnected and I can't find any info anywhere! I need my Jimmy Johns!!

There was an arson fire on roof of Kohl's. The smoke caused sprinklers to go off in Mission Burrito and Jimmy John's also. Mission Burrito re-opened but then bailed. JJ is still there.

If you were having a special occasion, we would go to three or more different places to order the catering. I consider myself, not an expert but a decent judge of authentic Italian food. This is the spot I choose for meat lasagna and for their meatballs. I haven't tried anything else yet. We ordered their meat lasagna for a birthday party. We picked it up on Saturday afternoon at 3PM exactly when they said it would be ready. They wrote the directions on top of the cover and we followed them exactly as written. The lasagna was so good that our guests were all pleased. Many asked where we got it. I was proud to tell them I'd made the right choice by going the extra mile to Italia deli. We had 20 guests, everyone had a piece and some of our friends took a couple pieces home. We still had leftovers to put in the freezer. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I'm looking forward to going there for a whole meal so I can bring back the comfort of real Italian home cooking.

We called ahead to put our names in. Big location, lots of seating. It gets loud and busy. Easy parking in a lot out front. We were a group of 12 and they amazingly were ok with splitting up our bills per couple. My bf and I split Brent's #13 (pastrami) and the Italian sub. Both come with sides - we got potato salad, fries, and onion rings. The portions are massive. The pastrami was really good and there was a nice amount of pastrami in the sandwich. Pickles and coleslaw come in the sandwich too. I'd say it's probably not great to save it as leftovers as the bread will likely soak up the liquid from the coleslaw. The steak fries were good. The Italian sub was huge! Hard to eat because the sandwich is stacked so tall. I added some Dijon mustard to the sandwich which was a nice addition and it was pretty good but I liked the pastrami more. I didn't actually love the onion rings that much. The breading they come in is really grainy and I didn't find them that tasty. Portions are huge so pace yourself; in hindsight we probably should have gotten one sandwich and maybe one smaller item. We both were in serious food comas all day after this meal. You pay up at the front when your waiter gives you the bill, right across from where they store epically large looking treats like massive slices of cake, cannolis, and cookies. They're fun to look at!
