While the wait was longer than usual, the atmosphere was filled with joy, kindness, and a real sense of community. The staff handled the busy evening incredibly well. They consistently thanked customers for their patience, even though no one seemed bothered by the wait because we all seemed to understand and expect it. I was genuinely impressed by the positive attitude of every staff member working the Monday night event. They radiated joy and patience and never appeared stressed or short-tempered despite how busy they were. Their communication with one another was seamless, and they were just as welcoming and attentive to every customer who walked through the door. In a community that has been grieving, the environment they created tonight was truly something special. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make the evening such a positive experience while supporting such an important cause. The food was delicious as always!

There was way too much rice and jalapeños. Couldn't really enjoy the bowl due to the amount of jalapeños and what I could taste was just rice. My wife enjoyed her inferno bowl but she didn't get the amount of heat she hoped for. They put our names on the bowl, but a part of me wonders if they mixed up our orders. I want to give this place another try but for now it'll be a 3 out of 5.
