It was moist, flavorful, and I don't know what they're using in their marinade, but it was delicious. The portion size was generous--two thighs, two drumsticks, and a large serving of rice with vegetables. It felt like a great value for the price. I ordered takeout, so I can't comment on the dine-in service, but everyone I interacted with during pickup was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. My fiancée and her mom had been raving about this place so I was super excited to try it. They were correct in telling me that the beef is fresh not frozen, fries and onion rings are some of the best around. Batter was really good on the onion rings. Fries crispy and tasted like real potatoes. The restaurant itself is new age decor with a couple TV's on the wall and seating for around 30 people. Clean bathroom as well. Burgers, chicken sandwiches and tenders, milkshakes and even cheesesteaks are all on the menu. I went with the bourbon burger. Came with bacon, cheese, onion rings and a special sauce. The meat itself was cooked great. Great flavor for sure. But the sauce was super tangy. It became a distraction and I didn't like it. I was also given the burger without the bacon which they quickly rectified but the bacon wasn't crispy and more of the floppy consistency, not great for burgers. The order to get here is the Classic burger which is a double cheese burger and the onion rings. That's what my family got, and they were in heaven. They love this place so we will undoubtedly be back. I'll leave another review upon that visit.
