I also asked about the service speed, and I was told by the same person that there was a good flow to the service--we wouldnt have a long wait. We decided to stay, ordered drinks, and gave our food order--quesadillas. This was at ~5:40pm. As we waited for our food (how hard is it to make quesadillas?), the restaurant started to fill up. At 6:20pm we were finally able to grab our server--who was hustling, btw--and told her that we needed to have our food. She checked the kitchen for our meals with my spouse trailing behind, and our orders were not yet ready. We had to leave. There was no time to enjoy the food even if we had received it at that very moment. We know that Chase Creek is NOTORIOUSLY slow in food preparation, but we were hoping that the information regarding the service speed would accommodate our schedule. It was a foolish choice. Because of time constraints we were unable to get food before our event timelines. We enjoy Chase Creek food, but their food delivery speed is EXTREMELY SLOW!
