Gyro and falafel are very good. Lots of other food choices though. Small place with just a few tables. Small parking lot in front, usually it is easier to park in the back and walk through the breezeway.

So so good! The best falafel I've had in Tennessee! I've ordered via postmates several times and every time the food is spot on. The falafel is so good and tastes so fresh and homemade. The rice and the hummus are also very flavorful. I really enjoy the food here, for being a hole in the wall it really surprised me. The only downside was I wish they kept my orders consistent. Every time I've ordered it keeps showing up looking complete different. The first time I got a regular salad the second time I got a Tabouli salad. The first time I received 5 falafels and the second time only 4. Great food but I don't want to keep being surprised wondering what I will be getting.

Literally the best thing I've eaten since I moved to Nashville, it's honestly better than the cheese steaks in Philly, literally melts in your mouth, I may come back tonight for another, it's that F'n good...

Came here for a late lunch on a Sunday. Small place located in a shopping complex. There are a few tables to dine in, but I think take-out is the most popular choice. Ordered at the counter. There seemed to be only two gentleman working and they were both friendly. We chose to dine in, and none of the tables were very clean, so we chose the one with the least amount of crumbs. I ordered the classic Philly. It came out in about 15 minutes. I thought the bread was a little tough. And while the meat/cheese/peppers/onions were tasty, the amount they give you in comparison to the bun is lacking. I only tried the Philly, but they offer a variety of other foods such as pork chops, wings, fried fish, etc. Overall my experience was just okay. This place has only been open a little while, so I'm hoping they are just getting their bearings and will improve over the next few months.

This place is amazing! Since moving to Nashville I have tried to find gyro places The next nearest one is Opry Mills... and I WILL NEVER go there again! Come visit! Try their food!

Small place with a few tables. They serve gyro, Philly cheese steak, burgers, wings. Fish, etc. I had the gyro plate. It came with tomato, cucumber and carrot salad, pita, and the gyro served over rice covered in taziki sauce. Everything's as good. The staff was very friendly and assured me I'd enjoy the food. I'd come back if I were near.

I'm sad to admit it's been 4 years since my last Yelp review. However, I'm excited that Gyro & Philly Steak has pulled me out of retirement! This little restaurant is on the bottom level of a 2 story strip mall on the corner of a busy intersection. It's not much to look at on the inside, but it's so good! They have a pretty diverse menu featuring everything from gyros and Philly steaks to burgers, pork chops, fish, salads, wings, falafel, chicken nuggets, fried green tomatoes, and desserts. I've personally tried the double burger deluxe, chicken philly steak, fried green tomatoes, and the fries. Everything was fresh and tasty. I was especially impressed with the fried green tomatoes. Very crisp on the outside and not at all soggy on the inside like a lot of FGT tend to be. My boyfriend has had a chicken gyro and he loved it. It was also so big he couldn't even eat it all. The 2 men that run the place have been super nice every time I've been in there. Their customer service deserves 5 stars on its own. They make sure your order is correct before handing it over and they even keep your order warm in heated bags until you get there. I strongly suggest you check this place out!

They have a smallish seating area with a bar, plenty of space for a sandwich shop, and a big screen tv that was showing a Back to the Future movie. We ordered: - BLT (Thursday it is the Thursday special and comes with fries and a drink for $12) - Cheesesteak (obviously) with onions, with cheese wiz as the Lord intended - Mozzarella Jawns - I've never heard of that before but they're a very wide, sorta flatish cheese stick. I think they are named after an app from Bar Jawn in Manayunk (a Philadelphia neighborhood). Took it to go. It comes with house made chips and I ate those most of the way home. I'm normally not a fan of house made kettle style chips but these were great! Too salty for my husband but just right for me so your mileage may vary. The hot out of the fryer mozzarella and fries did not fare well on the 12 minute drive home but when I got to the house I popped them in the air fryer and they crisped back up to perfection. My husband had the BLT and he said it was delicious. The bacon was a little more crisp than he does it for himself but that's a personal preference thing. The tomatoes and lettuce were very fresh. As a BLT aficionado, he was a fan. The real star here was the cheesesteak. My husband said "this is better than the cheesesteaks I've had in Philadelphia" and he was not wrong. The meat was cooked perfectly, chopped and tender. Seasoned but not so much that the onions couldn't shine. Onions were browned and lightly softened, not soggy. The bread was delicious, soft and soaked in their homemade cheese wiz. Their cheese wiz? A national treasure. If I could order it by the tub I would and I'd never struggle to get my kids to eat their veggies again. It's that good. The whole thing was a 12/10. I have pictures but they're blurry because I couldn't sit the sandwich down long enough to photograph it so I'll rely on others for that. TL;DR - Go get a cheesesteak.

It would be unfair to describe this sandwich as being close to or nearly like a Philly Cheesesteak…read more THIS IS A PHILLY CHEESESTEAK The Cheesesteak's meat was cut and sliced by the owner. A real deal hoagie roll that does not get soggy but does soak up the juices. I had Provolone but Whiz or sharp cheddar is available (if you must) Totally delicious and satisfying. Took me back to my youth on the South Side Of Philadelphia. The Italian Hoagie is made with real Italian meats - Hot cap, mortadella, salami and pepperoni. The potato chips are cut and fried in tallow by the owner. Same with the shoe string fries. They are worth the trip all by themselves. Tallow....yum. If you eat healthier, there is a chicken salad served as a sandwich or salad that is amazing. The chicken is brined for two days then roasted in-house. Only a Chef/owner who loves what he does would go to that trouble. Huge portions on every item we ordered. I mean HUGE - come hungry to Milestone, leave full. The service was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and airy. If you craze cheesesteaks, hoagies or well made home cooked Deli food- get in your car and drive to Milestone Craft Deli. You can thank me latter

And to those people, I ask, "Have you ever been to Antioch?" No, this place isn't scary or in a rough neighborhood. It's definitely not Brentwood, but it's safe to say you can leave your pitchforks and torches at home. It is, for lack of better words, located in a hole in the wall of a micro-tiny strip mall, next to a sports bar. Inside, it is sweet and cozy. In this cozy place, you will find the friendliest of staff members. To have an entire staff give their customers the utmost respect is one of the most challenging tasks of any business owner. So the fact that this owner was able to achieve such a difficult task is something to applaud. There is no board with an entire menu, but there are small pamphlets off to the side with the menu. I ordered the pepperoni pizza along with the meatballs as an appetizer. My friend and I sat outside, where they have outdoor seating and tables. That, I have to say, is the only downside to this place. The seating. No indoor seating, and with how ever-changing Middle Tennessee's weather is, you might have to drive it home or eat it in the car. But with humidity changing texture in a box or to-go box, it might take the freshness away from the experience. After the food was brought out to us, which is a plus and highly appreciated, we were ready to eat. I did have to run inside to grab some packets of crushed red pepper. You must ask for it, which, without hesitation, the man minding the wood stove gladly grabbed for me. Separating a slice of pizza from the others was a sight to see. What you typically want to see separating pizza. The ooey gooey cheese in entanglement. I took a bite and fell in love with the freshness. Every ingredient is fresh, and you don't feel that awful sloth feeling that a Pizza Hut pizza would leave you with. The pepperoni was to die for. Although the meatballs had a flavor that I wasn't too happy with, I knew they were good, even if my flavor profile didn't desire it much. The meatballs were incredibly soft, and the sauce they bathed in, with a sprinkle of ricotta cheese, was divine. My friend happily downed the entire box they sat in. This now will forever be one of my go-to pizza places. And yes, it's worth it to eat in your car, if need be.

I have loved, no pun intended, Just Love Coffee for years after visiting a location in Atlanta, so when I wandered over to Hermitage this weekend and spotted the sign...I had to stop by before leaving the area! Just Love is more than just coffee, even though that is what I enjoy most about them. They offer a solid variety of coffee and espresso based drinks along with a few teas and refresher style drinks. The cold brew is my go-to and I fancy it up with a few syrups and some almond milk...but any way it is served is tasty. I have enjoyed the Iced Mocha at other locations, so I imagine it is just as tasty here. For food they have a surprisingly stacked menu including breakfast and lunch, with classics to specialty items. You can get a breakfast sandwich to a few breakfast tacos or even biscuits and gravy...and if you are feeling brave, a waffle stuffed with breakfast meats and eggs topped with gravy or syrup...and that is just for breakfast! For lunch they have a few sandwiches, a quesadilla and a wrap all served with a side of chips. They also offer fresh made desserts if the cookies and other baked goods up front are not doing it for you. The space is well laid out and features a large dining area with plenty of tables and even a small bar/counter space in the nook of the front where you can belly up to the counter for a little work, coffee, food or combination of all. During my visit, I was greeted and served by the owners, a pair of sisters who are an absolute delight! While I popped by for a cold brew, I spotted a few bags of coffee beans and had to scoop them up for some home brew. We chatted through their recommendations and I ended up with an espresso blend and an Ethiopian medium roast. The one blend they recommended the most, Costa Rican, was out unfortunately, but that tells me it is a solid bean, so I will have to keep my eyes out for it! Overall, absolutely adore Just Love Coffee and so glad to see them make their way to the Hermitage area. While I do not go that way often, knowing Just Love is there gives me one more reason to spend a little bit more time in the area!
