One of my favorite places to get food on roswell road. Been going here for month now. I get the standard gyro and a side of hummus. It's fantastic. Awesome flavor, salad is always fresh, and they serve Pepsi here as a bonus! The staff has been super friendly every time and even ask if I want my drink sans ice! (Appreciated!) I had never been to Gyro Brothers and was pleasantly surprised. Food was fresh and plentiful. The staff was very polite and helpful as they waited on us. I love this place. They are super fast and super delicious. I discovered this by accident. Went through the drive through and grabbed 2 gyro combos. They were ready almost before i finished my order. I normally dont like home made fresh cut fries because they are usually just too greasy. These are really good. Yhe salad dressing must be their own and is great. The Gyro is one of the best I have ever had. It is shaved, not pre packaged. The tziki sauce is delicious. I live about 5 mins down the road. The food was still hot. Lunch is affordable, all under $10 for a combo meal. I got a chicken gyro, salad, & a drink. While I was getting my drink, my food was already ready. That was fast. Gyros were huge. However, the chicken was too salty for me and the taste was too bland overall. Salad is also plain, which I don't mind at all. It's just okay and I'm indifferent overall. So this place has become "Gyro Brothers" and I have no idea when just that it clearly happened sometime since I wrote my original review. For about $9 you get a gyro, fries or salad, and drink. The gyros aren't really as stuffed as they used to be before the name change, but the fries aren't too terrible now. The only issue is that if you get them to go, they're steaming themselves in the styrofoam box, basically. Also there is a spicy sauce, they have a garlic chili sauce that's a bit like a less spicy sambal chili paste that is delicious to throw in. They do chicken gyros too. I've never used the drive thru because it seems like more work than its worth. The inside is pretty cramped but you could eat in there if you want. When you're gathering up stuff for your meal you feel kind of awkward being so close to the drive-thru window. read more

Thought the gyro would be bigger based on my Yelp expectations. Also would like to know if they have any hot sauce, but the pita on all the sandwhiches was very soft. The kicker was the burger, I drove home on 10-12 minute drive and it was one of best burgers I've had in a while, the feta set it off. I can imagine how good this burger is right there or in the car as you drive out onto Roswell rd. Exited I-285 to grab a quick bite on my way out of town & saw Gyro Bros' "express drive-thru" sign. They actually are pretty fast in the drive-thru, and friendly! I ordered the Gyro plate ($9.35). It came with gyro meat, several pieces of pita, a greek salad, and french fries. Not the best, but still good and way better than your typical drive-thru food. I remember my first gyro. I was 11 years old and I have been a huge fan ever since. This place is almost better than our flagship place we use to visit in Chicago. Gyro Bros is a hop, skip, and a jump away from my work and I drive past it every day, twice a day. We finally decided it was time to try it. My husband and I went on a Saturday evening. It was dead! It may be the location, but I was perplexed by this. We did benefit because we received a personalized experience. We both ordered a gyro with tzatziki, and onion. What made me scratch my head a little was that they offered lettuce on the gyro. Up north this is NEVER an option. Must be a southern thing. All I have to say is they have done something perfect with their gyro meat off the spit. Straight up delicious, and moist (not greasy). Their tzatziki delicious and fresh, probably one of the best tzatzikis I've had. To top it off, FRESH CUT FRIES. I'm a sucker for fresh cut fries. This has become a place where I'm anxious to go back. My reason for one less star is I feel they maybe skimping on the gyro meat just a little. Gyro Bros is now my go to gyro supplier. read more

Had to go to Sandy Springs on business, so i dug thru Yelp for an interesting lunch spot. This place looked promising. The good: 1. It's clean, well-lighted and there are enough tables. 2. Our order came quickly and was accurate. HOWEVER ... The fries were not "Greek" in any sense. There was no lemon, no parsley, and no feta. Just ordinary, skin-on Russet potato fries. In addition, they were salted to the point of inedibility. There was literally a salt crust on many of the fries. My wife had a burger. Nothing wrong with it, just nothing special either. Typical flat, overcooked patty. I had the gyro. The actual meat was flavorful, although it was shredded rather than sliced from the usual rotating meat stack. I suspect that this meat is pre-prepared. Like the burger, there was nothing really wrong with it; there was just nothing special. The one saving grace was the tzatziki sauce, which was excellent. Summary: As the stars say, I've had better ... much better. If you happen to be passing by right as you're hungry, it's okay, but not worth a trip from anywhere else. read more

Love love love this place. I love that it has a drive thru. I love that its yummy and tasty. I love the baklava. They gyro are so yummy. Fries are great and I consider myself a fry guru. Let me describe the fry love... decent size fries, golden brown with skin on perfection. Lightly salted fried in peanut oil. Crisp on the outside soft when you bite into them. Love them. They keep it very clean on the inside if you're dining in. And at least once a week I crave that great taste they do so well. Once going to a concert at Chastain I brought gyros and took them with us. They held together well and were easy to port and filling. Get it for take out or stop in and enjoy it.
