    Fried Mushrooms

This is my third order with Gyro Express I have to say I've had nothing but good luck with your Express except this time. The meat was dry, although there was plenty of sauce. It tasted overcooked, but arrived cold. The fries weren't crispy like normal. I ordered fried mushrooms too, and those taste pretty good. I'm not going to give up on Gyro Express. I'll try them one more time.

The Gyros here are very good. The lamb is cooked to perfection, seasoned well and then sliced from the spool before being placed within a folded pita bread with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and tzatziki sauce. Joseph is always fun and personable and makes this a good choice for a made-to-order gyro to take home. My order is always correct and I get extra seasoning salt and sometimes order extra tzatziki sauce. Yum! Yum! On occasion, with advanced notice, I can even get babaganoush. How exciting for those who love that as much as I do. There are several different sizes of dinners and platters. The platters include rice and a side salad, and soda. Where the dinner has the sandwich, fries and soda. All are good, but simple is better; the dinner of the sandwich, fries and soda will hit the spot.

The gyros are good here. I also like the chz steaks. The chz steak meal comes with a large drink and it cost $9.99 which i think is a lil pricey. The gyro meal is $6.99 the food is hot but you will have to wait for it takes a long time because its made fresh. They also have inside where u can eat if you like.

Can't even be bothered to slice the onions first

This whole place needs to be scrapped. Their service is absolute garbage. I was greeted at the drive thru speaker with "yeah." Not "hi welcome to gyro express what can I get for you today?" A literal "yeah." Like wtf? LOL. Food is sub par and a little pricey for what you get. If they even get your order correct. Got a gyro combo with no fries. I've given this place one too many chances and will never be back. Will go to Greek Express on High St. instead.

Love this place. Great food, better prices. Portions are large, service was quick, friendly, and efficient. I'll definitely be returning.

Very tasty with a very friendly staff, the price is also right. But it's a little more expensive if you eat in.

The Gyros is really good, but people who pick up the phone isn't really nice. He seems to be in a rush. Other then that good job.

And poor Captain D's. When I went to Popeye's, on a weekday at 4pm, the Cap'n was empty. I wasn't sure it was even open, but there were lights on inside. I bet this place has made a dent in their business. Popeye's was moderately busy, a steady stream at the drive-through. Though part of that is standard Popeye's slowness. Every location seems to take a bit. Once we ordered, though, the food was ready after only a short wait at the window. Smallish lot, shiny new building. Friendly staff. I got the 12 for $12 wing special, because why not? With sweet hot sauce, which coated all but was not heavy and didn't soften the crispiness of the wings. Mid-size wings, cooked well, not super moist inside but decent, very crispy outside. I liked 'em. Also got a batch of "dippers," little tenders. Almost worth the $5, also crispy and well cooked (and a bit dry inside,) with a couple of dipping sauces. All that was too much for me, really made two meals. Kid K saw the strawberry cream cheese "pies" and scarfed one down, said it was good. We were headed home so didn't get drinks or sides, but they have a good selection. I'd come back. Construction is bad right now on Cleveland, and there's the "Popeye's wait." But it was worth it.

What kind of management let's the store go that length of time with nothing prepared. Things are sure different than when I worked fast food decades ago. Back then service was very important.

We're gonna cost extra money and I said well, I don't really need it that bad I get that. So I said I just want it with mushrooms, onions, and mayo. And then on a whim, I said you don't charge for mayo on a sandwich and the guy gave me a smile and said Yep, we just started yesterday. I said OK if you're my receipt will reflect that just let me know. I'm gonna run it to Corporate real quick once I get my hands on it and that's fine. And then he said do you want the Mayo? I said no I just want you guys to enforce standard practices and not charged different prices or different customers as they walk in. He checked me out and did not give me a receipt. After the other manager came to give me a receipt finally I noticed I was charged $.50 for extra Mayo. So I've been a long time Mr. hero fan and never had to pay for Mayo before and it may not seem like a huge deal but times are hard all over and you would just think that something like this people should know before they go in order because if it's not specifically listed on the pricing it could represent misrepresentation of pricing

This was my first time ever having Raising Cane's. The fries were a good portion, but definitely too soggy. The Texas toast is fairly good, I could taste the butter on it; personally, when I'm already eating fried chicken and french fries, I probably don't need another brown carb with it, but I know it's just their "thing." The chicken fingers were decent size and I'm sure they would've been crispier if it wasn't for the styrofoam container. The breading was nice because it was a little heavier than Popeye's in my opinion, but not by much. I liked the Cane Sauce personally, although it was a tad salty. I'm glad I can say I tried it, but I'm not craving it strongly. Drive-thru service was fast, which was a plus.

The fish and chicken were freshly fried, hot, tender inside, crispy outside, no old grease smells or tastes. As good as LJS gets. Almost as good as at a fancier restaurant. The sides were better than expected: decent coleslaw, and the corn was actually seasoned and buttered; I polished both off. Skipped the hush puppies, not quite hungry enough, but they looked fine. Fast. Good enough. Handy. Friendly. More than I expected from fast food.
