When we entered this establishment no one greeted us as we stood in line and waited, we had to be in line for about 5 mins prior to anyone asking us for our order. 5 mins doesn't sound like a long time, but when you literally are the only people in line, it's beyond absurd. Told the worker that it was our first time, no interest in helping answer questions, couldn't even answer a few simple questions about the kale crisp. This was my first visit to this location in Columbus. Line outside seemed pretty extreme so I decided to run inside and order food to go. I've been to many chick fil e's. Nevada, Georgia, Florida and almost every location in and around Columbus. I ordered a spicy chicken and a small lemonade. For only 2 people in front of me it took awhile to receive food even though the sandwich conveyor was full of prepared sandwiches. Employees just standing everywhere while food just sat there. So not so fresh and made to order. Kind of made me sad to see food sitting in warmers. Any who.. First time ever the bread on my sandwich was stale hard and flaky dry. Also a pickle stem was placed in my sandwich as well. Lemonade was spot on. Not sure how I feel about stale bread. Will definitely be back, maybe not to this location but somewhere. read more

I have been to this location about 4 times & always had a good experience. The employees are pleasant & attentive. My order has always been correct and hot. Milkshakes and lemonade are so good. The only downside would be that there is typically always a line in the drive thru but that's standard of pretty much any Chick-fil-A because of how popular the place is. (And if you have political problems with Chick-Fil-A I understand and you can stop reading now..) I've driven by a few times and the place has always been very crowded but today I decided to stop. Even thou the drive thru was very backed up, I thought it was worth a not very long wait. Which led to today's experience, a very unique one in the fast food drive thru lane - human interaction! Each drive thru lane was manned by a clerk with a tablet. She took my order ("No the microphones aren't broke, we just this way is quicker.") and my name. It was very quick (she has a menu in her hand.) I drove up to the building and here was a cashier, again outside, who took my money and gave me a receipt. Once I got to the window, I was greeted with my name and my order, quickly and efficiently. I must admit that despite the line, it was the quickest drive thru experience at a busy lunchtime period.
