We stopped by Cinnabon at New York-New York on the Las Vegas Strip, and I couldn't leave without giving a shout-out to Kayla T and Brooke.! My family and I placed a pretty big takeout order, and with a few very indecisive kids, I was expecting it to take a while. Instead, Kayla made the entire experience easy, fun, and stress-free. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely kind. She took the time to help my kids figure out what they wanted, answered all of their questions with a smile, and never made us feel rushed, even though we had a large order. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. What impressed me even more was how carefully she packed everything. Our order was organized perfectly, nothing was smashed, nothing was missing, and every single item made it back in great condition. With a big takeout order, that's no small feat, and we really appreciated the extra care she put into it. It's employees like Kayla T and Brooke who turn a quick stop for cinnamon rolls into a memorable experience. She was warm, professional, and truly went above and beyond. Cinnabon is lucky to have her, and she absolutely deserves recognition for the outstanding service she provides. Thank you, Kayla and Brooke , for making our family's visit so enjoyable. Cute little ice-cream place! So many flavors and who doesn't LOVE a little Häagen-Dazs?!! It was not very busy when we arrived, no lines ... yay! The service was good and the facility was clean! There's plenty of seating, or take it to go! They offer several flavors; you're sure to find one you love! It's a little pricey (for ice-cream) but #WhenInVegas, right? *1/5 stars* Stopped at the Cinnabon in New York-New York and left disappointed. The cinnamon roll itself was fine -- same Cinnabon quality you'd expect. The problem was the service. During my visit, the manager on shift was openly rude and dismissive toward her coworkers, loud enough for the whole line to hear. When I got to the counter, she was short with me and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her just by ordering. I manage a team myself, and I would never speak to my staff that way, especially in front of customers. It was unprofessional and completely killed my appetite. You can have great food, but if the person running the shift treats people like that, it ruins the whole experience. Won't be back to this location unless something changes with how they treat both employees and guests. read more

I went here with my family and this manager was short and she worked from 5/24/2026 she was very rude and disrespectful, she gave me ripped dollar then I asked for another one because the machine wouldn't take it from me. She has bad costumer service and all my friends even said that. The rest of the staff were very sweet and tried their best to help me. She should step down from management poor skills for a manager, she always be having an attitude with everyone including my friends and family. read more

Located in the upper level entrance to New York New York Hotel and casino, Hagen-Dazs has a kiosk. The workers are really nice and on a warm Las Vegas evening their products all but sell themselves. I grabbed a shake and it was delicious! My only warning is that it is located on The Strip and as such the prices are a bit inflated - so just be prepared! read more

Either the employee serving me or this store's policies have problems. I wanted a shake w coffee ice cream and chocolate ice cream. Simple. I asked for it, the employee said we can't do that, I looked at the bins of coffee and chocolate ice cream right in front of me, then asked why. He said "we don't do that." I asked why, he couldn't explain. Haagen-Dazs, maybe your sharp revenue decline the last 10 years is because you can't please customers' simple requests. Adapt or go extinct ya dinosaur. Obviously I wasn't impressed by the service. On top of that, my shake was the most watery I've had, no chunky thickness, like coffee-flavored water. read more

This review is for the location in New York New York casino. I had a coupon from the entertainment book, digital version, which the manager, Lesley was able to click on and interact with, seeing for herself that it's a live coupon with their address printed on it. She said that although the coupon is active and has their address, she would not honor it as their location is a franchise and they only issue their own coupons which would be marked "fifth avenue." The fact that their address is on the coupon was not sufficient for her to agree that this must be their coupon. read more

Nothing makes a more fitting dessert after a hot dog than ice cream! I had finished a great hot dog and was now ready for some chocolate chip ice cream! It's not that I needed the extra calories as my Dr was saying I need to lose weight. The good news was the single dip in a cup was smaller than the regular servings back home. It was also significantly more expensive than back home. Thus, my wallet lost weight and that should count, right? There are some small tables and seats nearby with access to electrical outlets so you can feed your phones! Service was okay from some folks not really wanting to be there, but we were kind of early and rushed them. The ice cream was rock hard which made for some really crunchy chocolate chips. read more

These Haagen Dazs locations (there are two...) are so very well placed in the New York New York casino along the walkway that connects the MGM Grand and the Excalibur. That's because as you are staggering with your yard-long bong decanter sipping your rum daiquiri, you probably need a place to sit to avoid a potential altercation with a band of no-neck truckers raging drunk from their gambling losses. And yet, they know all the lyrics to the Black Eyed Peas' "I Gotta Feeling". Mazel Tov! Anyway, Jamie W. and I ducked in here after sauntering the Strip because we wanted something sweet and transportable. I frankly don't remember what he had since the people-watching is pretty intense in Vegas. Otherwise bland and boring people get all dressed up in outfits ill-suited to their frames, especially when you see gold lame micro-minis wrapped around a pair of tree trunks. I was enjoying a $6.95 Bailey's Irish Cream Milk Shake with a mound of whipped cream and chocolate shavings. I wonder if the calories will stay in Vegas, too. I was visiting Fashion Show on a rather hot day and thought this place would have the healthier frozen yogurt that they sell in most grocery stores. They do not. I ended up with the cookies and creme which is still phenomenal but it was $5.00 for a kiddie cup. It's about $3.99 for a pint of Haagen Dazs in grocery stores in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I was expecting the high prices, oh well it was the tastiest ice cream I have ever had in a kiddie cup. I knocked off a star for lack of frozen yogurt and because they still have trans fats in their ice cream which is why I got a smaller portion in a kiddie cup. I realize this is naturally occurring but I wish they had the frozen yogurt which has 0g of trans fats. read more
