While the choices were slim elsewhere, Colonial had multiple cars to choose from. The manager, Jack, was a pleasure to work with. When we did select a car, he was very accommodating letting us take it locally to have it checked out, even offering to have someone take it there. After passing the inspection, the purchase process was very easy. Jack told us that if there were issues afterward, he'd take care of them. True to his word, when we did have a few minor problems, he took care of them at no cost to us. Buying a used car is always such a tedious process. Working with Jack at Colonial made it much better!

It was a scorching hot day, and when I arrived, Mike and Jimmy were both outside to greet me as I pulled into the lot. They had already prepared the car for me with the air conditioning running, which was incredibly thoughtful and made me feel welcome right away. I traveled a long way to get there and even took a train. Jimmy was kind enough to pick me up from the train station.
