Relatively big outlet store. Some clearance. Fitting rooms without doors, just a curtain. But even on Saturday there are no lines. I waited for 5 min probably. Got an easy ironing white shirt for a good price.

I visited & I stuck to my shopping list. Outlet prices don't differ from prices in the store. I purchased hoodies for my daughter at the same price in the store $19.99 for pullovers and zippers. Not sure if it was a larger selection. Items seemed to be all over the place but I was up for the task.

Mostly acceptable, new huge store! I love their styles and selections and am happy that there is an outlet H&M nearby the DC area that's not impossible to get to by car (i.e., Metro Center). It's easy to get to, parking is not a problem, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They had a sale for 50% off their clearance accessories and lingerie items, but it was not labeled anywhere -- which was a pleasant surprise. However, if they had signage up, more of those items would have been sold. Also, I expected many more items to be on sale but the prices of much of the items in the store resembled the prices of a regular store. H&M is on the exterior of the shopping center grounds, and visible from the street, so it's easier to find.

I do not really have much to say about this place. They have nice clothes for women, men and kids. They have cute shoes and accessories as well. Sometimes the lines re crazy long, but the staff definitely works the lines quick. I remember it only two long lines t one point. Now every time I go there it's three people at the register. I believe it was four once. I love the way their clothes fit. I definitely feels as though there shirts run a little large. I usually wear a medium in shirts, but here I get a small. There shoes run a size small. I usually wear a size 7, but I always have to get a size 8. As far as their pants, I feel as though they run true to size. But sometimes I have to get a bigger size. I have hips and thighs, so sometimes I'm a size 8 and other times I can go up to a size 12 depending on the cut. They also have a good clearance section and lingerie as well. They also have underwear, socks, and other types of accessories for the guys. I definitely love their accessories too. I basically love everything lol. But their jewelry, make-up, sunglasses, handbags and cellphone cases are nice as well. One more thing their hats, I love their caps. Super cute!

Trashed store.

Customer Service Is Poor! I Spent Most Of My Time Waiting In Line. Definitely Not Satisfied At All With The Service I Received.

I had seen some of these high end, designer baby/toddler clothes before..but at *much* lower prices. But where? Ah, of course, the Old Town Warehouse sale. Right. Thank goodness for the teeny tiny clearance section because the "regular" prices here made me feel weak in the knees, and not in a good way. It is a really cute store, and for those moms and dads who are OK with paying one hundred bucks and up for a shirt that his/her child will grow out of in a 3 month span..that's fine. But, I will be sticking to the clearance stuff and the warehouse sales.

I think little kid's clothes are so cute... it's like dressing up dolls. This place has some really cute but VERY expensive stuff. We're talking about $150 teeny tiny jackets that a kid will grow out of in a few months. I've been in here a few times and right now they're having a 50% off sale on winter clothes. Everytime I come in here there's some obnoxious woman acting like she's the Devil Wears Prada woman, shopping for her offspring but letting the kid run amuck. The lady who runs store is nice enough but not very helpful. Considering how tiny the place is, you'd think she'd notice us standing at the register waiting to check out instead of folding fifty-dollar Italian bibs. That brings me to wonder who these clothes are really for. Like the kids give a crap about designer silk pajamas that they'll probably wet the bed in. I guess it's better off I don't have kids.

It's a tiny store but every nook and cranny is filled with children's clothes, books, toys and shoes. Everything is very stylish and well curated (and also a bit expensive too! The outfits here are more for stepping out and not your average Carter's layettes). If you are looking for a unique and fun gift for a baby shower, this is the place to go! If you are looking for deals, they will sometimes open up the consignment shop next door and I've seen some awfully cute dresses that would look great on a holiday card! They are also offering a deal on Yelp where you can get $20 worth of items for $10 which I'll have to take advantage of soon!

You can find hot clothing items here like Morgan & Milo shoes, Aunt Polly clothing and Robeez. There is certainly a wide variety of stuff here to sort through. I have found great girl's clothes here as well as some of my maternity wear. TIP: Although they bill themselves as a consignment store, Purple Goose also sells new items at top price. So, look carefully!

I've had 3 negative experiences at 529 Kids Consign over 4 months. 1- I bought kids' items on Instagram. Since the shop is a 30-45 minute drive for me, I called first to ensure my items were ready for pickup. The salesperson said, "I have them right here!" However, when I arrived, she was frantically searching for them. I asked for a refund, but was told to come back the next day when the owner, Megan, was in the store. When I explained this wasn't a possibility because I work full-time, she finally relented and gave me store credit but wouldn't issue a refund. 2- Before buying a kid's item on Instagram, I asked if there was any pilling, holes, or stains. I was told the item was in like-new condition. When I picked it up, it had lots of piling and a second item I bought had stains. (I was able to exchange the items, but the store needs to be more transparent about the condition of items.) 3- I was the first person to claim and pay for an item on Instagram. When I went to collect it, I was given the wrong dress. The store sold the dress I claimed to another customer who was second to claim. The salesperson called the owner Megan and her response was, "Uggh. I can't DEAL with this RIGHT NOW. I need to be a mom." I was shocked at her response. I have four children and my time is valuable too! A better response from the owner might have been, "I'm so sorry for the mixup. I'm not in a position to address this right now. May I call you back?" I offered the salesperson my phone number and asked if the owner could call me at a more convenient time. When Megan did call me she said, "There's nothing we can do and I can't help it that YOU read the post wrong." When I offered a suggestion on how to improve labeling in the Instagram posts, she said, "There's not a problem with our process." Further, when I mentioned how two of my items were previously lost Megan said, "I can't control what comes out of everyone's mouths. The items weren't lost, they were probably in the store but the girl couldn't find them and she probably doesn't even work here anymore." Megan also said she two girls who work in the store have dyslexia. It seemed strange to me that Megan didn't keep employees' medical issues private. Being open to feedback and providing training for employees are hallmarks of a good business. Sadly, 529 Kids Consign doesn't provide even the most basic level of customer service. So I'm choosing to spend my money elsewhere.

While waiting patiently for way too long for my child to try on one dress, we watched a lady walk in as if entitled to consign things without an appointment and the obsequious, young employees kowtowed to that privileged lady. Meanwhile, my daughter had to go to the bathroom to try on the dress after waiting for at least 15 minutes while other women were hogging the dressing rooms. We decided that this place is not worth our time or money.
