Just got some custom stuff made for my wife as a push present since we're about to have our first baby. Harout and Liz both spent several hours with my wife and I going over exactly what we wanted, looking at styles that we liked from online, etc before finally making a deal. They are incredibly patient and the pieces came out better than we even imagined. The pieces we had custom made were necklace charms and we ended up needing a gold chain for them as well, but I didn't want to pay a lot for it, so I looked online before talking to them. They absolutely destroyed even online prices on the gold chain. They said the pricing was a gift from them for the celebration of our baby and I actually think they probably sold it to us a little below cost. Harout greeted me with a coffee and put me at ease. He remained patient as asked him to pull out ring after ring and then put them back. And then pull out the same ones. And then put them back. And again. He told me the pros and cons of the 4Cs and recommended certain ones to me. He didn't let me sacrifice in cut or color and my fiancee cannot stop talking about how beautiful her stone is. I have now acquired many pieces over the years including rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets and, most recently, a customized wedding band to celebrate our 25th anniversary. She had my wedding band engraved while we waited.
