Name of cashier. Date and time of purchase.

I came in today 4/18/26 at 6:08 pm and the cashier Mekhi C - 157561, was very rude. I asked him to check the price of a juice that was marked down but had no price on it and he just scanned it and moved on didn't say anything. Then after the transaction he just handled me my receipt then didn't even make eye contact or say anything at all. The bagger was nicer than him. I don't understand why he chooses to work there and his customer service is horrible. He always said " do you need help out" with an attitude. I surely don't want any type of help from you. He needs to be retained or demoted to a bagger until you learns proper customer service. I usually don't have a problem coming in HEB with anyone but he definitely gives off BAD ENERGY.

    Water dispenser at HEB

I was informed by HEB customer service that they would do something about their water dispenser which had a lot of bird feces droppings. I was disappointed that on the same note, I was advised by the HEB customer service to call the water dispenser owner directly. Instead of having it made as part of their crew to check the sanitary conditions of the grocery including the dispenser on a daily basis. Attached is the vending machine with bird feces today.

The only thing I bass this on is FLEA But Barbi's my princess, and I need to PEE Especially after an OJ or THREE From HEB for about five FIFTY The clientele here are BOURGEOISIE And they consume more pastries than the Houston PD The parking lot makes me react ANGRILY But we still always shop at the HEB! It's better to have the HEB than the Hep-C, but either one can be iffy. It's owned by HEBron James and HEBber Locklear. I have mixed feelings about this HEB location definitely mixed feelings and on the one hand they often have the things that I need that other locations within the city of Houston don't have. Yeah he's like being for the flies are going to kill somebody Salt Lake I guess they're mixed feelings come from the fact that services in August great and they have some issues mixed issues I would say kind of hard to put my finger on the issues but having said all of that it's still really useful to have this year and it definitely gets the job done and we've had some pretty good shopping experience is here. Getting in and out can be a nightmare and a lot of things about it present a pretty big I am glad to have this close to where Barbie goes to the gym so that I can go and get some shopping when she's working out but it also just have problems with that. Three I guess and look for the other one Heb! I need some shopping. Heb! Not just any shopping. Heb! You know I need some groceries. Heb!

H‑E‑B offers great prices and great produce. This location is usually super clean and the staff super friendly. I love the cut up fruit selection or fresh juice options. They also have a deli, cheese section, sushi and meat department. I shop here weekly.

Bought a birthday cake for my mom here today (July 19) when I first arrived at the bakery section no one greeted me. There were two ladies there putting price tags on some cookies and cakes. After just standing there someone finally came and asked if I needed help. She was very nice (I think her name was Camelia) although the cake was decorated nicely it did NOT taste like a freshly baked cake. I bought the 10" chocolate cake with strawberry buttercream. The cake definitely tasted like it was a day or two old. I took one bite and did t eat any more. Definitely not getting a cake from here again!

Nice water vending machines with alkaline water 10 cents more.

I would love to come back to shop at this H-E-B more often, but... I was more worried about overcrowding aisles during this CoVid19 pandemic. I was here on the Friday afternoon, just hours before Tropical Storm Hanna supposed to drop heavy rainfall. (But it went south). Oh. My. Gawd. There were soooooooo many people in the parking lot and inside of store. Thank goodness they wore masks. But they don't observe social distancing and It reminded me the eve of hurricane Ike. People were shopping like they are boarding Noah's Ark. I almost got ran over by a careless shopping cart driver. These customers scare me away. I used to come here after work before they close at midnight. Since working from home, I only come here if can fight the traffic and construction. Because the atmosphere is still better than the Chinatown H-E-B store, I would rather shop here. But I only come for quick grabs on items not available at Kroger's down the street.

The "sample" packaging. WHEN DID THIS START? I suppose HEB never wants anyone to try something new again.

(That should be one star. The software has decided to give this dump 2 stars. I gave it 1.) This store is terrible. The GM has promised to either "look into" something for me, or do something for me at least 10 times, and followed through precisely ZERO times. He never calls me with the information, and in fact DOUBLE PROMISED the second time, because the first issue had been handed-off to a lower manager, and that person did not follow through--which made him promise yet again to take care of the issue himself. Nope. Never. Products I rely upon vanish, and are replaced with multiple options on things I never buy. For example: this store sells more than 25 different versions of frozen pepperoni pizzas. There are almost no vegetarian options, and those that exist are very few in number. For some reason, they appear to believe that people whom want an organic or vegetarian option also require a cauliflower crust. FALSE. The kicker came last night: at the deli, while waiting for my shaved Boar's Head chicken, I decided that perhaps some cheese would be nice in the sandwich. I spotted Post Oak smoked Havarti, and wondered how it might taste, so I asked for a sample. The dude behind the counter said he could not give me a sample. I assumed it was the continuation of COVID policies, but he then said that HE COULD SELL ME A SAMPLE. Below, find my photograph of said sample, and the remaining bit of cheese--it was not good. It tastes like smoke. Like congealed, slightly creamy smoke. I hate this store.

    Delivery update but no show
    Lorra M.

Ordered HEB Delivery for 9pm-10pm. Nearly $400 in groceries + delivery fees plus a generous ~$40 tip to drive 1.7 miles (6 min drive and maybe 5-10 min drop off) I received Favor Delivery text at 10:03 pm that driver was 17 minutes away. It is now 12:36 am and still no groceries. No text. No email. Nothing to explain delay. There is no one to contact for assistance at this hour. Also, Favor Delivery is owned by HEB. This driver needs to be fired for blatant disregard of delivering order. Most likely the driver decided to clock out early and keep our groceries for himself/herself. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Feel scammed by HEB & Favor.

Store ok- usually messy, but understandable as it's highly trafficked. This location is notorious for overcharging customers compared to advertised prices in the shelf. I picked up a 3 pound of onions for $2.99- rang up 3.35- 10% overcharge. I left the self check out just to see if this pattern would continue. Grabbed 3 pound bag of sweet onions marked 2.09- rang up $2.34... I paid it and notified the kid at the register.

The line are in the isles for registers far against the wall
    Charles P.

This H-E-B absolutely sucks. I have been in line for over 25 minutes and I'm still out in the isle. Registers are closed at 7pm even though the line are not moving. The lines are ridiculous! I will never come back to this location. Ever! This is simply poor management. Sugar Land and any other location never seems this bad.

French style baguettes are perfect. The only problem is the pastries suffer from humidity of Houston and if not eaten fresh they can get soggy and lose their texture. What's nudged this place up to 5 stars for me is they have really improved their coffee game, specifically their quality of cappuccino's. Previously it seemed more of latte, but now to me its a legit Capp. Their choice of pastries hasn't changed, which gives you a good assortment of choices and they have added an additional barista or server which also is a nice touch for service. The only niggling items, parking can be tough, so you'll have to either walk a block or be quick to find a place close by. Inside you will also find French pastries, coffees and teas, gelato, milkshakes, sandwiches and macaroons. I felt the most interesting items were the French pastries as they are cute and tasty as well. Also, they plate the pastries nicely when you dine in as an added bonus. I tried the Chocolate Royale and the Ruby. Chocolate Royale - a petit chocolate mouse slice with flat chocolate panels along the sides. It is delicate and tasty. If you're a chocolate lover, this is definitely up your alley. Ruby - visually this looks like a strawberry Hershey kiss, with red powder on the exterior and a top piece of foil to resemble foil on the wrapper of a hershey kiss. Inside, it's filled with a strawberry cream and has a chocolate base. I just wish there was more chocolate in this one. They have plenty of seating inside as well as along the sidewalk. Inside you have the more fancy tables, whereas outside, they're more weather resistant and not as upscale in appearance. The soft drinks to drink along with your sweets are in a cold case along the hotel side of the space and you just take them to the register as you order. One of the most surprising things when you come here are the relatively affordable prices as you might expect them to be more for being a coffee shop attached to a 5-star hotel with a helipad.

We finally came around to checking it out and OMG YES. It absolutely is worth the hype. As a lover of egg tarts and someone who is also very particular about it - these have won my heart! I also heard great things about the mango mochi so we couldn't leave without those. Thankfully they still had some in stock. I heard they sell out quickly especially on weekends. Those also lived up to its hype. SO YUMMY! Tastes so fresh including the mangoes. My kiddo who LOVES mango anything loved them so much! My husband also got 2 savory pastries (I forgot what they were called and I forgot to take a picture) and those were yummy too. Perfectly flakey crust just like the egg tarts. We wanted to get sesame balls but they were sold out. Customer service was great. The guy that took our order was very nice. It was pretty busy but he moved through the line quickly. There's some seating inside if you want to eat there. Prices are very reasonable at $2 each for the mochi and egg tarts. The savory pastries were $3. It's located in a shared lot/area. Parking can be tight and limited on a busy weekend day but they have parking right out front for the Eck bakery customers. Also note that if you pay with card it's a 2.5% charge so cash is better if you have it. We didn't but we know now for future. We had a great experience here and will definitely be back. It might not look great inside but that's when you know they focus on how the food taste, not wasting their energy on what the store looks like. Egg tarts 5/5 - must get especially when fresh and warm out of the oven, the eggy filling is sweet and soft but dangerously hot when too fresh so be careful, the flakey tart shell is soft but crispy at the edges helping to balance the jiggly egg filling. Pork puff pasty (cha siu sow) 5/5 - another must get, if sweets aren't your thing or you are craving something savory then this is for you, again the puff pastry so flakey and delicious, the pork filling wasn't very much but just enough to help accompany the soft yet crispy shell, the pork was soft and and just juicy enough to not be too overwhelmed with sauce but not dry either. Wife cookie (1/5) - skip this and don't waste your calories, the puff pastry again was lovely and flakey but I think they dropped the ball on the filling, it was a bit too goopy and thick for my liking, traditional wife cookies have candied wintermelon or some other firmer additives to give it more of a textual change but this one didn't have any of that and even the puff pastry couldn't balance it out, stick to the other 2 items instead.
