I bought a 2018 Explorer from Momentum in November and was very pleased with my experience. While…read morethe dealership is not much to look at, I was impressed with the quality, condition, and price of the car. Mohammad was very easy to work with and the process was simple and easy. I would certainly buy another car from Momentum!

Update 6/28/25 Since this my initial review a few days ago…read more We now have another issue. The engine is overheating and we had to have the car towed for repairs. We have not made the 1st car payment yet and have we are already almost 2000.00 for repairs since buying the vehicle. The repairs and tow are already 25% of what we paid for the vehicle thus far. Absolutely ridiculous. Reply to dealer response 7/1/25 (on a google review) Ok. So now you are not telling the truth. Communication did not shut down because of derogatory name calling and you are wrong for not speaking correctly about the issue. I started asking for documents to confirm the inspection you did. Shortly after you cut communication. You did not offer to rectify, you stated I should have come to me first. I tried to explain when the light came on and your said, " I do not pay other mechanics". I told you, you were being dishonest and there was no way you did not know about the issue at hand. I also told you that when the check engine light came on we were addressing the tire light sensors that were needed on two of the tires. We do not stay near your shop and actually across town. If I am already having to address issues with a vehicle you sold me, in which I said was a lemon to you, I would not trust you to fix anything on the vehicle as it should have been done before you sold it to us. Why should we have to drive this vehicle across town and damage it any further?. You told me you used parts from ebay for your vehicles which is fine, however, this car had the original part. So before you replied to this review you should have been honest with your response. I told you in my text you could have been honest upfront. It should have been a red flag when you dropped the price of this vehicle from 8200 to 6500 with 76,000. A huge drop for a small dealership and a vehicle that passed inspection! Right?!. I hope you recall before the purchase, I asked you if there were any lights, and any issues with the vehicle and you said no. Upon arrival there was a tire light that remained on for weeks. The initial reason why we parked because we wanted to keep our daughter safe in this Texas heat after the light did not go off while putting air in. A consumer speaking up about a purchase is not derogatory rather, what accountability looks like.

I had a very disappointing buying experience at Bishop Alfa Romeo in Hurst. I negotiated the price…read moreon a specific vehicle online, and within minutes the advertised price was reduced to the amount we had agreed on. Later I was told they had "the same vehicle" with only 54 miles, so I made the trip to the dealership ready to purchase it. Unfortunately, it was not equipped the same. After the purchase, I realized it lacked the sunroof and premium wood interior trim that the original vehicle had. I take responsibility for not catching those differences before signing, but I also feel they should have been clearly pointed out since I specifically came for the original vehicle. The salesperson was handling multiple customers at once and I never felt like I received personal attention during such a major purchase. I also had to take the vehicle to another Alfa Romeo dealership shortly after buying it to have the tires balanced and to get help understanding some of the vehicle's features. I contacted the sales manager hoping to find a solution, but instead felt dismissed. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing vehicle purchases I've experienced. I would encourage future buyers to carefully compare every option and feature before signing anything and not assume two vehicles are equipped the same.

ONE THING THAT MADE THE TRIP EXCEPTIONAL WAS THE COURTESY RIDE FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE DEALERSHIP. And that's where the pleasurable experience STOPPED. What should've been a 2 hour transaction, as I had my OWN financing & had selected the vehicle of my choosing; took upwards of 3-4 hours. I experienced a few problems that were quite memorable. Overall, I'm satisfied with the vehicle, but I know better next time how to proceed.

I bought my last two vehicles here back when it was Huggins Honda. Since then I have continued to…read morehave my vehicles serviced here since, even though they charge a premium, they have always done a good job. I do not think I will bring my vehicle back here or shop for a new vehicle here when this one dies. I brought my 2013 Honda Fit in for its routine maintenance as I have always done. I was told upon arrival that I would "probably" be handled by end of day (Monday). Later on that afternoon I received a call from the service rep that a planned water filter replacement could not be made because the part was not in stock, but they would definitely have the part in stock tomorrow (Tuesday) and my repairs would be completed then. Fine. Whatever. Not happy about it but supply chain issues happen. I can understand. So on Tuesday around noon I call them to ask for a status update. They tell me that they got the part and that the tech said it would be done by "2-4 pm". I then received a text message saying my vehicle's status was updated to "welcome" and then immediately to "being worked on". Maybe they just forgot to press some buttons the day before though. Either way, come five o'clock I get another call telling me that they just weren't able to get it done but it would absolutely be done "tomorrow" (Wednesday). Today is Wednesday and I was finally notified around 11am that my car was ready. When I got there, another service rep checked me out because my assigned one was not there at that moment, but he told me that the service department was not receiving parts regularly and that there was a huge backlog of cars from last week. Do I believe it? I'm not sure. But even assuming it's true, a couple things come to mind here: 1. I made my appointment a week in advance. The repairs needed are part of a standard service schedule. Can you not order the parts you know you will need ahead of time? Maybe if you see a big backlog forming you could even ask me to reschedule with another Honda dealer. 2. If you see there is a backup in repairs and you really just cannot get it all done the day of service, that needs to be communicated. Tell me honestly when I will get my car back. "End of day" and "two days from now" are very very different. 3. There was no offer of a loaner car or even a ride. Apparently they do offer uber service but Carrollton is too far away. I really think a loaner vehicle would have been appropriate if you're going to hold onto my car for two days though. My big complaint is just the complete opacity of the entire process though. Stringing me along day by day was a really bad experience.

Did they declare the other Yelp business at this exact location with the exact same name "closed"…read moreto get away from the bad ratings? Because this place SUCKS. We bought our car under the premise of free oil changes and maintenance for life - well, they are now under new management so our lifetime maintenance is now "expired" and we get four oil changes and four rotations until we're on our own. And that's just the most tangible annoying thing. I come from 15 years of driving Honda's and being treated to some of the nicest dealerships as we've moved state to state. We're talking dealerships that rent out iPads for free while you wait for service to be completed, have diners or free breakfast inside, free wifi, etc. This Fiat dealership doesn't have jack. No wifi. It used to have a coffee machine that made hot cocoa or crappy coffee - well, since it's come under new dealership, this machine was replaced with a water fountain. And there are two vending machines if you want to pay for a Pepsi or some chips. I am getting a different car this year to get this crap off my hands.

I am 51 yrs old, I have had brand new vehicles multiple times in my life. Never did I ever have my credit pulled TWENTY ONE TIMES. When I called and spoke to the sales person DIAGO, he said hed call me back, he never did and stopped answering the phone when I called, IF YOU CAN EVEN GET THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE. This went on over a matter of five days. Finally this morning I got a so-called manager, very rude, spoke over me and told me, well your daughter has questionable credit. NO SHE DOESNT, this is her first loan, she has NO credit, I don't care how bad your credit is, 21 times (which I counted myself in my credit monitoring system WHICH IS WHAT BROUGHT THIS TO MY ATTENTION IN THE FIRST PLACE (or 11 is what he said it was) is NOT acceptable and brings down your credit score. I WILL try to do something about this. These people are rude, once they get your money, they are done helping you.
