My sales team and I have been shopping at this location for over 5 years. Thou$and$ spent over the…read moreyears. After today, we will all be shopping elsewhere. A few weeks ago I stopped in to buy some black slacks. I tried them on quickly, purchased them and was out of the store in minutes. After I got home I took them out of the bag and set them on our ottoman so my wife could take them to get altered ( they were 34/30 and I'm closer to 34/28). The next day she noticed the stitching near the zipper and also near the crotch was coming undone. Not worn, not washed. So she put them in my car when I got home and recommended I exchange them. Returned to MW a week later on my day off and the one young kid working there said he could not return them due to the damage and a small dust stain. Keep in mind, they sold them to me, already having shoddy stitching. My fault for not inspecting them more thoroughly when I bought them, but I was in a hurry and never had a problem with their products before. The young man said a manager would have to approve the exchange, so I asked when the manager would be in. I went back today after work, said pants in a MW bag, without the tags, unfortunately (wife tossed them out). Walked in the store, 3 young guys at the counter on their phones, no greeting until I got to the counter. Also, no other customers present. Explained the situation to the "manager", Micheal, and after a quick look he refused to return, exchange or even credit me, stating he would not return them because of the damage and lack of tags. I persisted, stating I know they can return them to the manufacturer for credit, so what's the big deal. He denied me again and said he would not exchange them, obviously trying to impress his 2 coworkers with his "Manager" title. I left the pants and told him I won't return again. You lost 15-20 loyal customers over a cocky, arrogant kid and a $90 pair of slacks. One more note, it would seem that this kid has cost you customers before (see Samuel D's review from 10 months ago).

Let's just say Harrison is an expert and he dialed me in with a size. I was the first try, we thumbed through all of the different fabrics and settled on a navy blue silk suit. I can't wait till this custom piece is put together and be back down soon to try it all along. The first experience with Harrison was fantastic and this guy knows his stuff!!! First off, the QR code for the waitlist is placed in the middle of the store with no clear direction. If you don't already know it's there, you'd have no idea you're supposed to check in. We stood around for about 10 minutes before even realizing there was a system. After we finally scanned in, a gentleman came over to help us but didn't ask about our place in line or acknowledge the waitlist at all. He actually started helping us first, but once he realized other people had been waiting longer, his entire demeanor changed. It immediately felt like he didn't want to help us anymore and started rushing through everything. When it came to my son's suit, he wasn't even going to have him try anything on to check the fit or size. That was really frustrating--this is exactly why we came in. When I asked if my son could try things on, he casually responded with, "if you want to, but you don't have to," which made no sense. We came in specifically to TRY ON and order suits. The same issue happened with my partner, who wanted to try on a tux just to see how it would look. Again, it felt like pulling teeth to get any help. There was no effort to make the experience easy, helpful, or even enjoyable. I ended up walking out completely frustrated. For such an important event like a wedding, I expected a much better level of service and attention.

When I arrived, Evangel offered me a glass of wine which I thought was a nice touch and thoroughly enjoyed. I was very impressed by the choices of fabrics and Evangel was very attentive on how I wanted the design to be to fit my body. My body is very curvy so outfits need to be cut a certain way to compliment me. I received my outfit and absolutely love it!! I get so many compliments every time I wear it. The outlet itself offers good values on a daily basis, such as 2 dress shirts for $159 or 2 suits for $799. What makes Brooks Brothers so great is that all of their pieces are built to work with each other. They think of everything! Put my poor little North Face to shame! Anyway! Tumi products are registered, and monogrammed. Since it was my first product, I wasn't sure how it worked with my backpack coming from online, and not Tumi directly. I was promptly emailed back, told no big deal, just take it in. The closest, easiest to access store was in the Fashion Show mall. The store was kinda dead, we were promptly greeted. The lady was very helpful in showing me monogram options and giving me her opinion, (which with this being my first piece, I did want). My backpack is a little bold, so I wanted my monogram to be understated, and not be a distraction. She let me know how long it'd take, and I opted to go shop at another store. When I got back, my backpack looked fantastic! It was the finishing touch on an already beautiful piece of art. She asked if it was my first piece, because she'd never seen me in the store. I said yes, and she said I'd be back! Lol she wasn't wrong! I truly love their products. While I don't need anything now, they will be my go to for future travel needs! I wish I had gotten the ladies name at the store, but she was very kind, and made it terribly easy! Can't wait to have a reason to go back!
