Not only is Dr. Boone caring, compassionate, and smart, he has a GREAT bedside manner, which I really appreciate! It's funny because you can tell he is this really smart guy but when he found out I am obsessed with the Bachelor he was right there able to have that convo with me too. I think what really sets him apart is that you can tell he really cares about his patients as people. I've met very few doctors like him!!

I wish I was exaggerating, but I have the screenshots of my call logs to prove it. To make matters worse, there is no option to schedule appointments online. On the rare chance you finally get a live person on the phone, they constantly hang up on you. This isn't a one-time issue; it happens over and over again. It's a real shame because the doctors here are actually very good--it's just too bad you can't ever get an appointment to see them. Edinger desperately needs a new call center. I'm already switching my insurance because I can't deal with this anymore.

When I asked about cortisol testing, I was told "if you want," but advised to wait two months so I wouldn't "waste" blood work. No ACTH levels were checked, no evaluation for PCOS or Cushing's disease was done, and no pituitary imaging was considered. I felt dismissed and unheard. I went to Doctor Raja for my knee pain and problems. At the beginning I was a bit of upset that I had to wait a couple of weeks before I can speak to the Doctor Raja again to go over my X-Ray report because he will be OOO for most of the June. Doctor Raja, however, reached out to me immediately after heard that my knees are hurting and I'd like to get some help with understanding the X- ray report. During the call, he explained what's going on with knees in details and went over the next steps to get good treatment for my knees patiently. Now I have been taking the medicines he prescribed for about two weeks and it's been helpful.
