H Mart is my new favorite store, especially this location. It's super clean, well-organized, and offers a fantastic selection of products. The staff is friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant shopping experience. I particularly love the fresh produce, variety of noodles to select from, ice creams, and can't forget the snacks. Truly love the hidden sales, just have to look carefully when a promotion is offered. If you love everything Korean, this is the store. From hot pots, seafood, meats, drinks, and so much more they have it all in one spot. We found the viral mango ice cream and the White Rabbit. It's rare to find the White Rabbit ice cream anywhere. If you know you know about the White Rabbit candies. Yes, they have it as an ice cream. So scrumptious! My daughter loves the noodle selection. Of course, she decided on the most popular Samyang Buldak Spicy Ramen. Prices are fair and not too overpriced. They even have claw machines! Fun little activity after shopping. It's no surprise that this new H Mart has taken Huntington Beach / Westminster by storm. I'm in absolute awe by this Asian specialty grocery store. Not only are they stocked with your favorite snacks, they also have great quality fruits, veggies, meats, and baked goods. This location hosts a killer food court with at least 10+ businesses. You'll find bubble tea, dumplings, sushi, noodles, and more. I had the chance to sample a number of items, including the Gong Cha (boba), KZ Mori (katsu), Tous Les Jours (bakery) and CHD (dumplings). Everything was incredible, but KZ Mori is what will keep me coming back for more. read more

Finally stopped by to check out this new Hmart. It is very clean and spacious with a lot of more choices than the other locations. For example, if you are looking for dumplings, you will find over 20 choices to select from. They do have a small food court with several dining options like fried chicken. We came just for the food hall and this H Mart has a market eatery. We ate at Jaws and Goobne Chicken. Both dishes were delicious and the service was good. This Hmart location is huge. I saw so many items that I used to only find on Wee, now available in this Store and this new store carries lots of products more the location Garden Grove Hmart doesn't even stock. Lots of grand opening deals when I came and honestly, it was hard to resist when you see high-quality produce at great prices... I bought some stuff good deal: * Giant watermelons - $3.99 each (cheaper than Costco and very sweet) * Organic strawberries (2lb pack) - $4.99 * Dragon fruit - $1.79/lb * Lychee - $1.99/lb * Frozen durian- $1.99/lb *Live Lobster $8.99/lb * Short ribs $10.99/lb The food court is super clean, and there's an Artbox right by the checkout area and yes, they take cards even for purchase under $10! Parking lot entrance was jammed, and Hmart had a line starting from Daiso just to get in . Now its better , a lot of parking spaces around and no line . This H Mart is very large. There's a large selection of groceries. There's a food court inside as well. The staff are constantly stocking the items. Everything is neatly organized and easy to find. There's a large parking lot but it can get crowded during the weekends. I like that they have lots of sale items that other places don't have. read more

Finally checked out the newest H Mart in our area and went straight to their food court ofc. Eventually we'll try the other restaurants. It was nice and clean given its new. Gotta have my matcha fix and it was good. Shared blood sausage and pork katsu to share with my husband. Picked out a few pastries before heading out too. Overall, our food came out in a decent time - it wasn't overly packed during our visit. Grabbed a new face mask from a very sweet older Korean lady and gave me some skin care samples to try. Very nice and very big market (comparing to others H Mart). Big parking and nicely new H Mart. Clean and spacious. Everything is well stocked and organized. **August 2025: Weekday Late Afternoon Visit** I came opening week and boy was it packed. There were carts and people everywhere and if you don't like crowds you may want to wait a while to visit this location. The parking lot was crazy packed so plan to park closer to Target or the Gen BBQ joint and walk over. On my two visits I picked up some banh chans and kimbaps. There's a lot of options if you like Korean side dishes and many are behind the fridge doors. When you check out the cashiers were quick and friendly. Overall, I'm happy with this addition that's close to work, but I may wait a while to make it a regular pit stop once the crowd die down. read more

Review #15 for 2025 This H Mart is huge!! This store used to be the Pavilion grocery store. I love the selection of items here! The store is also so clean and parking here is easy. I also like the high ceilings, making it feel even more spacious. I thought parking would be hard, but it was not as there is plenty of free parking available. They have a large variety of produce and Asian snacks. The hot pot meat selection here is awesome! H Mart is definitely my go-to for hot pot meats! They have such a huge selection of hot pot meats both fresh and frozen. If you cannot find a hot pot meat that meets your needs, then I don't know what to tell you. They also have a large selection of pre marinated meats to chose from. They also have a great selection of hot foods and precooked items, much more then I've seen at the other locations. Everyone was really nice and welcoming of me and my baby. There is also a food court here so that when you get hungry, you can eat after shopping. No shopping carts are allowed inside the food court though, so be aware of that. If you are afraid of your items being taken or messed with, I would suggest you either eat before shopping or put your things in your car and come back to enjoy the food court. There is a decent amount of vendors to choose from. There is a tea shop, a bakery, a katsu place, a Korean hot dog place, a Korean chicken wing & pizza place and several others that I cannot remember exactly, but they serve various rice dishes and soups. I had a tea from the tea shop and it was not bad. I just got a very basic iced tea drink. I also tried the katsu place and the curry pork katsu was very good. The Korean hot dog place was okay; I got the hot dog for my baby but he actually preferred the katsu and rice! Would I come here again? Yes, if I was in the area I would definitely come here again! This location is a bit of a drive for me and I have an H Mart about 5 minutes that meets my needs... but it is a very small location and I wish THIS location was much closer to me. read more

I was in the area when this grand opening happened, it's too crowded too overwhelming, a Korean farmer market in a Vietnamese populated city, of course they have to amp up everything, security, line management just to receive a simple shopping tote bag, then you have to line up outside in the heat waiting to be let in to shop, yes I understand they tried to prevent thieves. If you want to feel like you've stepped straight into Asia, this is the place. The supermarket is spacious yet packed to the brim, sitting right in what feels like the heart of Orange County's Asian hub. I couldn't believe how crowded it was. At one point, I overheard a husband mutter to his wife that he didn't care how cheap the prices were because he wouldn't come back with so many crowding over each other. Over in the seafood aisle, a staff member was busy directing traffic, reminding shoppers it was a one-way lane. Chaos and overcrowding seemed to define the shopping experience. Grand opening this month so this is a brand new and clean store. It was very busy on a Tuesday afternoon but plenty of inventory! We was waiting for a while before che out this new H Mart location to avoid the crowds. Parking wasn't so bad on Fri morning around 10:30am. This location is huge compared to other H Marts that we have been to. There are lot of sections that great for browsing if you have time such as snacks and cosmetic. I love their seafood, meat and ready to eat sections. Everything is packed nice and clean. I didn't give a five stars due I notice some items are high prices than other Asian supermarket. Hosever, some of the sale items are good prices. So shoppers will need to know the prices before you buy. Checked out was fast as they have several cashiers open. Going to the store is an experience. I had actually never heard of h Mart before and I came to the store on accident. I was looking for the tooth du jour bakery and wasn't aware that it was located inside of h Mart. While I was there, I decided to look around. This store is amazing. If you're into k beauty or Asian inspired cuisine, this is the perfect place for you. I found yellow watermelons there and I was really excited about that because they are hard to find. They have all sorts of unique produce like pink pineapples. A huge assortment of k beauty facial mask. And this seafood section is like nothing that I've seen before. I've never seen a live king crab. The store was very clean. Lots of staff on the floor available to help you if you needed it. And let's not forget the food Hall. So many different options. Went on the grand opening day, 8/7 after work and the line was long and wrapped around Daiso at the end of the building, however it moved very quickly and got into the grocery store within five minutes. They had special deals, if you spend $50 or more you can choose up to 1 gift. The store itself was super crowded with carts and people everywhere but the store itself is massive, at 70,000+ square feet and has all your favorites to purchase. The connecting foodhall was busy but never enough seats with 11 food vendors. You cannot bring your cart inside. Parking can be hard to find and if you park across the other side of the lot, your grocery cart will not work. read more

9-12-2025 Hmart in Westminster is humongous compared to the Garden Grove. This is where the Pavilion use to be. So glad that Hmart is closer to me in Huntington Beach. A dream come true of all the fresh veggies & fruits, prepared meal items, fresh seafood. variety of noodles, and Asian products. A food court in the supermarket, where you can park your cart to have a bite to eat and drinks. This place is new and very clean. I consider it the Asian Costco. This new Hmart food court in Westminster offers a great selection of food stalls, ranging from tous le jours, jaws toppokki, and goobne chicken. I came 2 weeks after opening and the place was still packed and buzzing! I got their jjangmyeon and tangsuyuk, rose toppokki, and mix plate curry katsu. Everything was delicious! The only downside was looking and waiting for a table to open up. They also don't have trash cans and encourage you to return the tray and trash back to the food stall. The market itself is well stocked. Parking is in a big plaza, shared with other businesses. read more

This H Mart is very big. I love that even with such so many people, their AC is very good. And that helps all the fruits and meats stay fresh all day long. Other supermarkets should learn this from H Marts. It has a stationary and claw machines corner at the end, make sure to check out for all the cute stuff. I really wanted to like this place. Believe me when I say I did. I've been waiting years for h mart to open up, but I knew better than to opening day because it would be way too crowded. I waited a little over a week to come by. The parking lot was nice and empty, so I made the assumption that the grocery store would be to at 8:30 AM. There were people everywhere, and in true fashion, no one knew how to park their cart. But the worst for me was the employee walking by who decided to try to push me out of the way, even though I was carrying a baby and there were people in front of me blocking the path. Amazing! Finally made my trek over to my neighbor on Beach Blvd, H Mart. This place is so clean, organized, great selection of my favorite and newly discovered items. The seafood and vegetables are all fresh and a wide variety too. The food court offers many different selection of Japanese and Korean dishes. This will def be my go to for any of my Asian dishes cravings and any items I need for cooking.... Time to make my sukiyaki dish. My mom and I were very overwhelmed with the traffic and people coming in and out of the grocery store but we purged through straight to the food court. The food court is very spacious and has a lot of variety to choose from :) my mom got yoo's noodles and I got jaws teppoki both were sooo delicious. @ yoo's they have the best, chewy, spicy cold noodles I've ever had and you can't go wrong w rice cakes and gimbap @ jaws. So people were mostly holding their trays of food until people got up after eating and cleared the table. There should be bar seating for singles or large family to maximize space. The tables only set-up will NOT work once the food hall gets busy. Suggestion: take it to-go. Avoid dining there on weekends. read more

It's a zoo, and by that I mean I can barely get around the shopping area due to the crowdedness. This newer location is spacious, clean, and well organized. They have a huge produce aisle and I typically like to get a box of produce for a cheaper price. One of the caveats is knowing whether you need to hit a certain $ price before receiving the discount as it is not easily listed. There was a time when I was at checkout and the cashier said to me that the discount did not apply because I did not hit the $50 minimum limit. This Hmart is well organized with their seafood and meat selection. I definitely stop by this location once in a while to check to see if they have any other deals or specials. read more

Didn't know there was another Hmart here. The building used to house Pavillions. The market seems larger than other Hmarts. It was clean & organized. But I wish they can do something about the smell as soon as you walk in. The mixture of seafood & other smell is not very inviting. They had a whole array of items for sale, from kitchenware, socks, hair color, dishes, etc. They had a large selection of food items but felt like things were randomly scattered everywhere. They should try to group categories together in the refrigerated sections. We walked around looking for specific refrigerated pastries but could not find them even after walking through several old aisles so gave up. There's a whole section for kimchi and another wall for side dishes (banchan). The food hall has several restaurants. Their prices seem higher than other food courts. We spent $50 for one galbi-tang & one noodle dish (mak-guksoo) and felt that seemed steep for food hall prices. Overall, a good market with a large selection.
