That also means areas which were not treated have been receiving higher levels of laser intensity than is right for an untreated or less progressed area. The areas that were treated properly are doing great so I'd say - be sure your RN is at "just right" comfort level before getting the treatments.

I will say that when I called customer service they were very supportive and helpful. They even refunded me for the unused treatments I still had remaining on my plan. I feel like other locations of laser away might be fine based off of the interaction I had with customer service and reading reviews for River North but unfortunately there are some really negative sales practices happening at this location in west loop.
