I saw all the good reviews for this company, so I am disappointed they didn't live up to their reputation. I called this company a couple times to get an estimate to install a dedicated appliance circuit for an electric range. Both times they seemed willing to come out to do an estimate and gave several options for times and I said yes, I was available. They would not commit to a specific time, but they promised to get back to me quickly. I never heard back. At one point I got an email saying they tried to text my landline and asked for a cell phone number. I don't have one and don't have the ability to send or receive texts, so I requested a phone call. Maybe they feel that picking up the phone and dialing a phone number is too much hassle? It seems to be for a lot of people these days, but businesses should be willing to communicate verbally with their clients. read more

This company is not only great at what they do but have fantastic customer service and everyone there is excellent to work with. We called H5 because we'd had 2 electrical companies come out already, neither could find the issue with our system. Our house is older and I know the owner we bought it from did a lot of work himself, though up to code, what was "ok" in the 70's might be a little tough to figure out now. Troy & Ruben came out and in a few hours traced the problem, updated everything they needed to and left their work area cleaner then it was when they arrived. These guys just did a complete rewiring of our house, which was recently purchased and had unsafe electrical everywhere. The price was really reasonable and the guys worked hard on our challenging job and were super friendly. The only complaint I have is they rewired our back porch light in a weird spot (behind the door instead of on the side you open), but I think that's probably on us- we're inexperienced new homeowners.
