I brought my car here since my subwoofer finally went and Jorge and his team are stellar! We ended up doing a new head unit too and Jorge not only got my backup camera working with the new head unit but he also made sure I knew how to customize everything and control the subwoofer independently on the new head unit. Now I had all that done 5 months ago. I went back today since all the rain in LA had caused what I thought was a short in the system and Jorge took great care in checking everything to make sure it's all working properly. I have to give Haas 2 stars despite their excellent service. I recently had a Bluetooth receiver installed in my car. They did a great job. But here is why they get 2 stars. The car had a Bluetooth receiver already installed. It's all tucked behind the dash and the dealer that I bought the car from probably didn't know it had one installed. Instead of seeing it and telling me there already was a unit installed, they removed the installed unit and then installed the new one I bought. They did what I asked, but come on, really? Why not walk out and tell the customer they already have a unit installed? Instead they did the work, collected their $150, and gave me the old unit. I would have gladly paid a fee for the time they spent. It would have been 5 star service if they just looked out for the customer a bit better. The way it went down, 2 stars is all I can give. read more

You'd think it would be easy to find a 5 star car stereo place in the automobile capital, LA. However, I've found it incredibly difficult. Well, I finally found Haas. Unlike my past experience with other installers, Haas does NOT cut corners, they do NOT do shady work, they do CLEAN installs/uninstalls, if they need to splice in to a circuit they do it PROPERLY with solder/crimp/heatshrink tubing. If a high-current line needs a relay, they use one. If another place has done shady work, they point it out, explain it, and redo it. They do things RIGHT. This place won't be the cheapest you can find, but it's not expensive either- really only a few bucks more than the chain places, and the experience and quality you get here is priceless! My experience was with Landon- ask for this guy if you can, he is TOP-NOTCH. read more

Haas Entertainment is the finest car stereo installer I've been to since I bought my first car stereo in 1981. I wanted to add door speakers to my car stereo system to be installed in my car, but the doors did not have speaker cutouts, but map pockets instead where speakers normally go. So it was going to take a few hours of modification work to install door speakers. First, I went to a Yelp five-star and very highly regarded car stereo installer who was a couple minutes from me and explained to him what I wanted, but he said he had no idea how or if he was going to be able to install the door speakers because of the way the door panel was designed and he avoided taking the job, so the next day, I decided to give Haas Entertainment a try. Long story short, the Haas installers customized my door panels to fit the speakers into and the speakers not only worked and sounded great, but the work on the panels looked like those panels came from the Porsche factory. They managed to keep the outside of the door panel intact and if it wasn't my car, I would never guess that there was any kind of modification work done. What's more is that Haas looked to get the most out of the current stereo set up I had without me spending more than I had to. George, the guy who set everything up for me, is VERY knowledgible about car audio and totally honest and didn't try to sell me anything that was unnecessary, he was just AMAZING. I'm enjoying my stereo much more now and will not go anywhere else other than Haas! read more

These guys are amazing! My Porsche dealer recommended them when another installer completely screwed up the install of a Pioneer Apple Car Play head unit and some cameras and a DVR. Haas fixed it all up in a day, at a reasonable labor charge. Their shop is clean and well organized. The staff, owner and everyone I interfaced with were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I have been an AV customer of these folks for many years. They have always filled my needs promptly, expertly and professionally at reasonable prices. In my book, that is a bargain. Recently, my big screen TV started to shut off very intermittently for no apparent reason. I reported this to Jeff Haas. He determined that my manufacturer's warranty was about to expire, so he had one of his techs come to my home that same day to diagnose the problem. All my settings were correct so Jeff promptly put in a warranty claim. The manufacturer then came to my home to make the needed warranty repair on the spot. When I asked Jeff what I owed for his tech to make the house call, Jeff said the TV was under warranty, we bought it from him, and since it was under warranty there would be no charge either from his company or the manufacturer. This is just the latest example of how great it is to do business with a family-owned company dedicated to providing top service to its customers.
