So delicious I loved every bite perfectly cooked steak and fried rice with a Burst of flavor. I was absolutely satisfied. The price is outrageous but worth every penny the portions make up for it. My boyfriend and I spent about $70 on just one $30 plate which had half chicken/half steak and fried rice with vegetables and my steak bowl was $12 and a side of shrimp that was $6. The spicy shrimp was cooked perfectly but they weren't anything special they just put Korean Chile paste (sambal) on it and call it spicy shrimp. Overall I'd go back it was bomb and service was great. Didn't take too long

This place is worth the wait and the price. I did go at prime time on a Saturday night, so what did I expect? The portions are bigger here than the DTLA location. I gladly waited about 45 minutes in my car for the steak and chicken with fried rice and steak and shrimp with fried rice. The vegetables are grilled and a great balance . I feel good about being so healthy. I could not decide what sauce to get, so I got them all. The garlic butter is the one I prefer and the yum yum (spicy mayo) is the number two on my list. I was told to go before six pm or after eight if I don't want to wait. The hostess, Irais, was very nice.

I have never been to this place BUT their reputation is legendary, so here I am. I ordered the filet, lobster and shrimp. At $43.75 it's worth it. They have various combos, bowls, and entrees, from chicken, steak, shrimp, scallops all with fried rice and veggies. They do accept cards so that's a perk, overall an awesome meal!!

This is the food truck you come to when you want bomb hibachi. I've tried both the bowls and plates. It comes with good portions and the fried rice is to die for. I always get extra garlic butter when I come here. It's a bit pricey but you won't find anything like this near Whittier. The wait time can be a bit long too depending if it is dinner time.

Great food! My fiancé loves to order from here! If we can't go to a actual location we order from their food truck here by our house!

Tried out this food truck at Anaheim Marketplace off of Anaheim Boulevard. The meat was so tender. It was delicious I would recommend

We decided to go to the Whittier night market off of Whittier Boulevard. Not really a night…read moremarket, but pretty close. Located off of the frontage street, by a grassy street divider, this is a spot to enjoy the eats on the grass like a picnic. I opted this spot, which has a IG of cali tacos please, but no longer exists. This spot on yelp was referred to as sumo tacos. The workers were friendly and very helpful. The sumo fries was delicious. The asada itself was unique. It had a smokey flavor which separates itself from other spots. It appeared to be cooked on charcoal, but given it is a food truck, that would be hard to pull off. The sumo taco was something different. It's cheese melted like a tortilla which holds the asada. It was very heavy, greasy and difficult to enjoy. The chips was a plus where you can rip the taco and place it on the chip. If you want something heavy, this sumo is for you. A bit heavy to my liking, so you might want to try a regular taco or burrito. But then again, it's called sumo for a reason. Curious if this spot would experiment with gorditas, a crisp tortilla. I think their filing would knock this out of the park. I also wish they would advertise what drinks they have. Nonetheless, worth a try.
