Went yesterday for dinner. Got the all you can eat and it was delicious! My favorites are the salmon carpaccio, sashimi salad orange blossom, baked lobster roll, and the dragon roll! Everything was delicious and beautiful. Service is friendly and prompt. I like the service call buttons they have. Very helpful. They did forget some of our orders, but when you get 3 rounds, it's not a big deal. Especially since we've never made it past 2 rounds. read more

I had the AYCE sushi and it sucked. Nothing tasted fresh. It all tasted old and rubbery, which for sushi is particularly disgusting. The chicken teriyaki rolls were inedible. The chicken was hard, dry and just horrible. Not only did the food suck, but it was overpriced. Ive had way better AYCE sushi that was WAYYY better than this crap...and it was cheaper. Did I mention this place sucks? So yeah, don't come here. Save your money and don't waste it on mediocre, subpar crap like this. read more

What do you expect from all-you-can-eat sushi? Just think about it for a sec. Yeah, it's mid. As a big back, AYCE spots are very appealing, however, just because I am a big back does not mean I'll ingest anything and everything. While Koya wasn't the worst place I've been to, it's for sure not a spot I'd recommend or come back to. Prices are ok, service was average, but the food is just super mediocre. Nothing tasted fresh and we tried several rolls. I'm the person that usually over orders at an AYCE and immediately regrets it. The food was so blah that I ended up having to eat everyone's leftovers so we wouldn't get billed for it and boy it was not fun. Would not recommend, although, again... it isn't the worst place I've been to. 4/10. read more

My father is older and a creature of habit so we like to take him to Koya but will no longer be going there. If you're a table of 3 it's no issue, but if you're a big party expect to be there for at least 2 hours for 2 rounds of AYCE. They usually only have one server, and they rely heavily on to go orders which I believe utilizes all of their resources. It took at least 30 min just to get a couple of appetizers, and. when I say a couple it was 6 gyozas and 2 egg rolls, and at that time the place was essentially empty, Food is ok but service is lacking. read more

Tried this spot out for the AYCE and wanted to try a new sushi spot.. man was I disappointed. It was not busy at all for a Sunday, service was still slow to help. Let's just say we were also very happy to pay the left over food fee because the food was definitely not up to par. The taste of the food was unpleasant, rubbery, and some just inedible. The fried food was okay like the dumplings but definitely feels like that is prepackaged. Just overall unsatisfied with the experience and food. The place is a nice size but the food is what would stop me from coming back to try again. read more

DISGUSTING! I don't recommend this place to anyone. The Fuji sushi rolls & crunch rolls that we ordered had a flavor as if something went bad. The teriyaki beef & chicken that we ordered tasted weird and rubbery. The only thing we enjoyed was the white rice that came with our bento box and the gyozas. read more

Prices are good but the food lacks flavour. Go to Aikan for ayce, we struggled to finish the food. We love sushi, eat it multiple times a month but this place was a struggle to eat. If you haven't had other places i can see how you would like it but if you've had better this will seem bland and not so cold. Great for those who can't eat strong flavoured food. Not a bad place for all you can eat sushi. They have a lot of options and special rolls that are included. It was $35/person and you can order 3 rounds. In a busy shopping center you'll find this affordable sushi location. They have all you can eat and order individually. This place works because not everyone has to order all you can eat like other places . Great place to satisfy craving at an affordable price. The place ambiance is not trendy or even modern. I've never gotten AYCE at this place because I'm not a fan of stuffing myself, but the food looks good. I've ordered the salmon teriyaki bento, and salmon sashimi and other sushi a la carte. It was very good. I drop by this place when I'm passing through the area on the 605 Freeway, and needing to charge my electric car on the EvGO chargers in the parking lot. Service is usually good, nice servers. No frills place with booth seating available. read more

Just came on here to warn people NOT to get the ramen! It tasted exactly like instant ramen and the bamboo shoots made it taste weird. And the egg was hard boiled good lord. Absolutely should not be worth nearly 20$ - that is a joke and I got fooled by the BOGO deal. Worst ramen i've ever that much money for, and I am not exaggerating. No disrespect, just facts and hopefully the restaurant can take this feedback and improve it, or just remove it from the menu Other than that, the rolls are decent. Small portion, ordered salmon love for $18, but portion seemed like an ayce sushi portion. Also ordered sauces on side and did not get the chili oil that was supposed to go on it. Instead got a mediocre eel sauce and a spicy mayo that was not good. Place was pretty empty and now I know why. read more

It was not a great experience- To start they wiped down the table with a really nasty smelling rag- we were all gagging and grabbed a hand sanitizer and napkins to try and cut the smell- the germ freak in me, was really grossed out about them using a very nasty smelling towel to clean the table, then how clean is the kitchen? After that we seemed to have to wait forever just to order- this restaurant was not incredibly busy, but they did have a constast stream of online to-go orders. When we ordered- two in our party got the AYCE meals and the other two ordered bento boxes. The AYCE group got the first round of orders pretty quick- but our other people didn't get their meals until we were on round 2 of the AYCE sushi- This made my family incredibly hangry and ended up making this restaurant a no - go for the future. THE AYCE was alright, I just wish it had shrimp tempura and the fried tofu on it... The best roll was the ALASKA ROLL- that one was fabulous. read more

I decided to order a 2 "TooGoodTooGo" surprise bags. I wasn't expecting it but they gave me boba and it was surprisingly the higher quality the most sushi places. Their boba was actually really soft and the tea had good flavor. Their california roll also was very good, the rice is what I mostly decide if it's good or not, it left a good impression on me that their rice was really soft and tasty which made their california roll really enjoyable. I'm going to try this place again but I'll provide pictures of my mostly eatten food because I didn't think I was going to be this impressed. read more

I strongly do not recommend this sushi spot if you like sushi, service and quality of food was horrible. Rolls are super small drenched in mayo and warm the servers don't listen to any special request. Also no ac the restaurant seemed dirty and hot. Not worth the money I spent while I was there. read more

I am so thankful for the Koya team. There was a problem with my order, which I later realized was my mistake. They went above and beyond and did everything they could to help me, even after I realized that it was my mess up and let them know. They are incredibly sweet and I can't wait to support them again with my business. The food was wonderful too. I have been going to Koya since it opened, though admittedly a little less than usual since I moved. Their food has been consistently great throughout the Pandemic and beyond. I would highly recommend the AYCE sushi and the seafood plate. read more

We all know Ayce sushi is not premier but some are worth it this one is one of those gems. If you come at 7pm it's around $40 for AYCE sushi and beer. Can't go wrong there. And they offer soy paper at no additional cost. I promise you guys this is the spot! read more

This place was so disappointing and disgusting. First off sushi should NEVER be this color. It tasted frozen and not fresh. Not even crabmeat. It tasted old as if it was stored in fridge for a long time. Secondly, we ordered ramen and I can't make this up but it tasted like spaghetti noodles. I'm Italian and know my pasta by heart. The "noodles" were all stuck together and the broth tasted like bland water with salt. Please, please, please save yourself from coming here the food quality is disgusting. The waitress only came by once to check in and then disappeared. I got too scared to get food poisoning that I ended up not eating none of my food. Sorry but this location is not good . read more

We had a good experience here! -White Tuna (escolar) was good the first round. Nice thick fish, buttery soft texture. Second round didn't taste as fresh, and was thin. Maybe they were trying yo kick us out, lol. -Orange Blossom- no rice, which was nice. For some reason it was especially salty second round. I was getting dehydrated. -Burrito SKIP. I've never seen so much rice in a sushi burrito. -Koya SKIP. We tried it because its the name of the restaurant, but the flavors if fish do not compliment each other at all -most non-cooked rolls- just okay. Rice ratio is a bit yoo much. The sauces tend to be overpowering. Skip. -oyster/quail egg shooter- don't one shot it! Waaayy too salty. Tastes better if you scoop out the main parts. -seaweed salad- i dont understand why this comes over a bed of lettuce. It's already called seaweed salad without lettuce. -musi soup- a okay. Not unique, but hits the spot and does what soup is supposed to do. Service- it was okay. I'm not sure why oeople are complaining. They verified the order, brought our items, kept our water full. It's actually better than service at most ayce sushi places. Maybe we went in a good day. read more

It is pretty dim inside and the noise level to me is average. I mean it's a big restaurant and it's always packed so don't expect the noise level to be quiet. Our waitress seems so busy waiting multiple tables but still took care of us. Seems like all the waitresses work as a team because every waiter helped us no matter what so we didn't have to wait on ours. If you have any restrictions the menu is very descriptive and has pictures for almost all items. But to be safe then sorry always ask before you order. We dinned in for AYCE, currently $40 per person on weekends as of 5/16/2026. Pretty cheap for AYCE if you like your typical sushi nigiri or classic rolls this spot shouldn't be an issue. I personally thought the selection was a bit limited. Also sashimi isn't unlimited, it's limited to 1 order per person (2 pieces each order). Salmon Collar was fried to perfection and actually has a ton of meat, sadly it was limited 1 per table (we were party of 4). Pink Lady -spicy albacore was great but too much imitation crab which added too much mayonnaise flavor to the roll.
