So it says it's open 24 hours but, these past few weeks I've tried getting there different times but between 3am to 4am, there is always issues through the drive thru. I've had a server say that basically will not be taking any orders unless it's eggs and juice. I ordered a deluxe breakfast combo what I didn't order two of the largest and most mangled hairs I had ever seen inside of my meal. We came to this McDonald's bc typically the food is warm and the location is clean. That day was Labor Day and they were short staffed. The place was dirty and our fries were a bit cold. Thought I'd give this another try... WRONG!!! Pull into drive-thru, sitting at speaker waiting to place an order and a car pulls up to the one next to me. Guess what? Yep, they took their order before ours! Then trying to place the order was like going to the dentist for a root canal. I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Francisco a few times at curbside and once in drive thru and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I interacted with him he was funny, friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager with a smile on his face . What stood out the most was his professionalism and how he takes time to make customers laugh. It's rare to find such a high level of care and dedication in customer support, and it truly made all the difference in my experience. Some people forget the point in working in customer service , but Francisco never fails me or my sister who also has described the same individual and I instantly knew it had to be Francisco. My husband and I went through the drive thru we ordered a number 1 with a root beer. for starters, the person who took our order said I don't have any root beer but the closest thing to it is hi c or lemonade. I'm not the best at judgment, but I believe the closest thing to a root beer could possibly be another carbonated beverage. I knew I should've left then but instead added a Mc double with extra onions. They couldn't get that right they put onions that go on a quarter pounder. All I wanted them to do was add more of the onions that come on the burger already ,then to top it all off the dang fries were burnt and when I say burnt, I mean burnt to a crisp. I just wish somebody from the franchise would check on the store in Perris Ca on Ramona Expressway. Employees should know the importance of handling food. Poorly cooked or left standing food could kill somebody. I purchased a double quarter pounder no chesse a regular hamburger both with fries. 19.00 dollars...and after getting home, which is down the block. My roommate and I got terribly sick after eating the food. She complained of a terrible stomach ache and had to rush to the restroom. She was very sick. I got sick 30 minutes after her and thought that almost 20.00 for the food was going to be our last meal. Food poisoning is dreadful. Vomiting and dirreaha is nothing nice. I am in bed writing this. We still feel bad, but somebody, take food handling more seriously please please please. I worked as a cook and then a sous chef, so I know the deal. Food management and care are very important. The app says open 24 hour and allowed me to place my order 4am in the app and accepted my payment. I get here 4:15am and they're still close? They don't open till 430-5am. There's nothing in the app to cancel to refund my payment. The location or app shouldn't have allowed me to make a payment, I can't imagine there's no system control for this? Literally 55 minutes in the drive thru tonight. When we finally got our food, the fries were cold because they had our food sitting on the counter while waiting on our cookies. I ordered my child a happy meal. When I got home, the happy meal box was filled with slice tomatoes. As you can imagine, I was upset! Especially since I live 15 minutes away. Well I called the store and spoke with a "manager". His response was "Well you can bring it back if you want and we'll replace it". I responded, well I'd also need to be compensated for the inconvenience. His response was "I'll replace it". I then asked for the corporate number and his response was "it's on the receipt". MIND YOU, the ink on my receipt was smudged and I couldn't make out the number but still this manager refused to give me the number. I then asked for his name and his response was "I can't give you my name". So I'm like why? And he's like "because I'm a minor".
