No line cause it's just after opening. I get my usual double charburger with cheese with added extra grilled onions. I love grilled onions and they add them for free! Prices are up but what the hell, I'm on an expense account. I did skip getting fries, just to try to cut back on the carbs! Just water to drink too! I get the little buzzy thing and sit at a nice table. In short order, the buzzy thingy goes off and I go up to get my burger. It looks good and wrapped perfect! I sit down and pose my burger for a pic of course! Then I bite in. Here's a tip on eating burgers, to get more of that meaty charbroiled taste, turn the burger upside down, so the meat is on the bottom. That way the meatyness will hit your tongue first and yo get a more meaty flavor experience! Trust me it works! Flip it back and take another bite.... yeah, makes a difference! Long day, exhausted, starving... come home to an incorrect burger and no sauce despite everything being correct on the receipt. It frustrates me to no end that people can not follow instructions. I went in on a Sunday night to get food, ordering my food it was given to the customers in front of us. We found out we had the wrong order so Jaylen went out and retrieved my order and offered to remake it to which I said yes please. During our wait she was very apologetic and even offered my daughter and myself one free menu item. First of all, I will never go to that Habit location again. I ordered the Double Char Meal online and went out and picked up the meal. I asked the lady on the counter if she can give me onion rings instead, and she refused and lectured me how to order it separately instead of a male package. Then, i ordered an extra onion rings paying extra 5 dollars, and took the French fries out of the package and kept them on the counter. The onion rings took a lone time to cook and they came out real dark. I believed it was a part of a her lecture on me for ordering wrong online. I asked her to cancel the onion ring and she asked me to wait and turned back round and talking to other people who worked back there in Spanish calling me "such and such", which she thought i did not understand. I waited for awhile and asked her to refund the order that i place it online. She refused and aske me to wait again. After awhile, she came out form a room and told me to write down my name and phone number instead of refunding me. I told her no and request my money back. She finally gave up and gave me my money back. She claimed that she is a manager on in that store when i asked to allow me to speak to he manager. I had the double char burger with cheese and a steak sandwich. The steak sandwich came with ciabatta bread with holds up well. The steak wasn't the best but what do you expect from a fast food joint. But if you want a change from normal fries, there's green beans here. Santa Barbara Char || $8ish Two super thin beef patties topped with cheese, avocado, mushrooms, and the works. They toast the sourdough bread on the grill, but as a result the bread comes off slick with oil. The mushrooms and avocado are a nice touch, but my stomach keeled a bit from the amount of oil in general. Was only able to finish half my sandwich before I called it quits. The menu items are on the pricier side in general, especially if you want any of the specialty char burgers. Unfortunately I don't think some of them merit the high price tag. I'm always skeptical when ordering out because the food temp is wonky but when it arrived everything was great! I got the Santa Barbara Char with spicy lime siracha green beans (tempura style). I tried this place on a Saturday around 12:30pm and there were not too many people here. I thought this location was a little hidden unlike the Habit Burger Grill on Almaden Expressway which was where my friend and I were going to go to originally. The interior was similar to the other Habit Burger Grill locations. I ordered the Santa Barbara Char meal ($11.29) with French Fries. We waited a few minutes before the pager buzzed. The Santa Barbara Char was good and had a lot of avocado in it. They also gave a lot of French Fries when compared to other locations from what I remember and they were good. I had a bad experience at Red Robin at Eastridge Mall which caused me to drive over to Habit. The experience was night and day, which is shocking to say as Habit is a walk up and order vs RR being Dine-In, which we didn't even make it past the hostess at RR because that's where it all went south. You can access my account and read that review (if you'd like). Back to Habit, we were pleasantly greeted by the cashier, who was extraordinary friendly. She took our order, ensured that we knew what came standard on the burger, was patient while we read through the menu, offered us assistance with any of the items as well. Once we were finished ordering she pointed out that the seating was limited because they were prepping for closing (an hour early) - this is the only reason why I gave 4 stars and not 5. If you close at 10pm, then start your closing 20-30 minutes before hand, not an 2 hours. The seating was limited to one booth which was closest to the door, not where I would've chosen to sit to be honest, but again I was very impressed as I would consider them more fastfood walk up than Red Robin. read more

I am a regular customer to this location [who orders same sandwich everyday]; so almost everyone knows me and my order. I am happy to drive here than other closer locations because of customer service (friendly and happy staff). Food is just as good as other Habit locations. This location is disgusting. Years ago I loved the habit but after trying this one for the first time, I will never ever try any other location. That is how absolutely disrespected I felt after just trying to order curbside on my lunch... Before I clocked out for lunch I went to the website and ordered my food for curbside. I received a message saying it would be done and ready by 12:49. I parked in the curbside spot and checked in and waited for my food... it wasn't until 12:57 that it was ready and I had to go inside and get it... then once I got back to my car the order was wrong. At this point I went in and said "can I please just get a refund? My order was late and now incorrect and I just need to get back to work" they let me know that no one but the manger could talk to me... when someone came out I asked if she was the manager and she just stuck a sign in my face and pointed to where it said no refunds for online orders..... I said "okay I paid for an order I didn't even receive and you can't give me a refund? Can you at least just give me what I paid for???" An extremely rude cashier steps in and says, "You can have your order but you are going to have to wait!" I replied, "Sir I am already 10 minutes late to my job you can understand that I'm in a hurry you clearly have a job can I please just have those fries that are ready right there and the drink?" A different employee had started to grab those fries and he stopped her.... "IM SORRY WE CANT DO THAT! That's not fair to give you someone else's fries! What if you get sick?" At this point I am so mad... This sassy, disrespectful employee is just trying to make my life harder. "Sir what's fair is that my order was supposed to be done at 12:49 therefore I should already have the correct order." I stated. He then rebuttals, "I'm not saying we aren't in the wrong okay??
