In a moment of weakness, I decided to give this location another try today. They're the closest to me, but the difference in quality between this location and Story Rd. is night and day. I ordered a medium garlic Tuscan and some boneless wings for pickup. Pickup was quick, staff was friendly, and the food was packaged for food delivery (safety seals, etc) Upon arrival at home, I unpacked the food and gave the wings a try. They were excellent. When I opened the pizza box, the first thing I thought was that it looked dry. The hot links (I think) were hard and crispy. There was barely any sauce, and then I realized it looked nothing like the pizza I was supposed to have received. I double-checked the labels and made sure I placed the order correctly. Not sure what happened here. I managed to eat two slices that I drowned in ranch, but it really wasn't worth trying. What a disappointment. He typically orders from Fast Pizza due to their pricing, but Mountain Mike's is sooo much better. I wasn't with him when he placed the order, but I believe he got the pizzas above in a size small? Maybe medium? Not entirely sure. But definitely more than enough to feed the both of use. I'm sure the hubby will have some later tonight when he gets home. I'm a meat lover, so enjoyed the Pikes Peak. Not as salty as the last time I tried it, but I did have some green onions at home all chopped up, so I threw a bunch of them on my slice. Definitely provided a nice contrast. I also enjoyed the Garlic Tuscan. (At least I think that's what the other pizza was?) I guess the bro in law remembered I do not live olives, so there were none on this. I'm normally not a huge fan of sun dried tomatoes either, but the texture wasn't too dry and chewy, so I didn't even notice them. It was basically a version of a meat pizza with garlic and green onions, so I actually preferred this over the Pikes Peak. Very yummy! Good pizzas. The customer service here is so nice! The employees are friendly, attentive and leave you feeling so good. We are regular customers. Cheese pizza for the kids - they love it every time. Indian style chicken and paneer pizzas for the adults + bread sticks. The pizzas are warm, the crust crispy and the flavors are so delicious. These warm pizzas hit the spot everytime. Worst Service Ever! I went to this store last week and ordered online for pickup, using my rewards. However, they didn't give me my order. The guy working there, who was wearing a turban, was rude and told me I could only use $10 worth of rewards per order and had to pay for the rest. He then suggested I go to the Alum Rock location if I wanted to use my rewards fully. I went to the Alum Rock location, but I couldn't use my rewards there because they had already been applied to the order that was canceled, and I never got my rewards back. Despite that, they still gave me a 30% discount when I walked in. I don't understand why one location accepts rewards and the other doesn't, especially since it's the same franchise. This was incredibly unprofessional, and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at the first store. Definitely won't be returning. read more

As other people notes, service was lackluster. There was noone at the counter. Finally, when we were allowed to pay, I did not feel particularly welcome. But then, I do not care if I am greeted with a smile and a handshake as long as the food is good. We came for the buffet, with an hour to go. There were 2 slices of pineapple pizza and a dehydrated-pepperoni pizza. We ate and hoped for more, but the all-you-can-eat buffet was cut short by the fact that they did not replenish the pizza. I have to say I was a little disappointed on not seeing my regular greeter. First, I ordered the Mckinely and it looks as if they added the pepperonis on top. the manager, assured me that the pizza was made correctly. We often go here for takeout every time their coupon comes in the mail. The pizzas always hits the spot. It has perfect thickness and there's a good amount of options for specialty pizzas. I recently got the Snowy Alps and I've also tried the Garlic Tuscan. I think it's quite worth it with the coupon. Sometimes they ask for the physical coupon, sometimes they don't. I recommend putting in an order over the phone or online. The wait time can be long; even standing in line for the cashiers is long. I don't think their salad bar is open yet here. The interior is spacious and emulates a cabin vibe. Unfortunately I don't imagine myself eating there since it smells chemically and damp all the time. It was uncomfortable to stand in line. Picked up pizza later and the lady was nice enough, until i asked for a bag. Apparently me a bag is a major inconvenience. In conclusion, Service is lacking. OK, although I have mixed feelings about this place, I still give it five stars because they deserve it. The restaurant is clean and smells nice. The employees are happy presentable. and give excellent customer service. So my mixed feelings are because the pizza is definitely not the traditional mountain Mike's pizza that I am used to. I understand that a lot of them are franchise now so that changes things the pizza that was there at the buffet was not good it was supposed to be combo. It seems like it just had mushrooms, olives and some kind of leftover chicken bits ha ha. 6/21/24, Evening: Arrived and was greeted by a very nice Indian lady who gave great customer service. I placed my order for a large pitcher of beer and asked to have my pizza given to me an hour later so I could finish my beer. The lady said no worries and I paid for my food and at the bottom the receipt asked for a tip. So I gave $15 dollar tip because of the customer service this lady was providing me. An hour later, another lady Hollars out my name in a busy restaurant with a pizza in box and I Hollar back right here!. So I can eat my pizza and the other lady rudely tells me to come get my pizza and left it at the counter. Wow! I never requested takeout. It was dine in. Secondly, after that rude scene and put on the spot in front of the crowd. You guys surely didn't deserve that $15 dollar tip. Five minutes later, someone else is getting a pizza personally delivered to their table. The establishment of pizza is not that good to deal with rude behavior in a shady Plaza. Lesson learned: Don't tip on a receipt and leave a cash tip after all service has been provided. I'm very disappointed and won't be back. read more
