This is my second time visiting this location, and I made the trip all the way from San Diego because I genuinely enjoy coming here. The store is always clean, well-organized, and the staff work together exceptionally well as a team. During my visit today, a team member named Ellyza, who I believe is a manager, provided outstanding customer service. She was incredibly helpful and even offered me a complimentary cup of water after I purchased a salad and green beans, which I greatly appreciated. This location consistently serves some of the best side dishes, and everything is always prepared perfectly. The employees are polite, welcoming, and friendly both when customers arrive and when they leave. They are also very understanding and attentive to customer needs. Had the best habit burger at this location. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was fresh and juicy. Customer service was great and we had a large group of about 15. All our food was fresh and hot. Condiments and toppings were served and stocked. Rest Latent clean and workers were all nice. Honestly best experience ever. Can't rave enough. I was so close to saying I don't think I like habit burger, but this location has changed my mind. Also this was the first time I've attended this location. Friends and onion rings were good too. Nothing wrong with the food. People just suck. I smiled at FOUR of your employees here and none of them smiled at me. They all looked like bored death. I say this all the time- HIRE FRIENDLY PEOPLE. Been to this location twice now and unfortunately have been disappointed twice. Both times burgers came with flattened and mushy buns and the burger patties were so small. Also the amount of fries received was very small and fries were limp and not fresh. For the price of food, not thrilled with the portion sizes and quality of the product being served. I ordered through drive through and in-store pick up for my lunch, so was unable to return the items. Not sure if I will give this location or the business another chance. Went through the drive-thru today and when I got home and bit into my Portobello Char I found a long curly hair. Absolutely disgusting. I called The Habit phone number listed but all that got me was an A I. assistant voice recorder. Terrible customer service from the The Habit corporation. Ending up having to drive back in the rain to get a refund since I could not speak to anyone. We were immediately greeted as we walked in and placed our order on their kiosk. This is a super clean location, inside and outside dining areas. Ordered some double cheeseburgers, fries, onion rings & fried green beans. 10/10 on their onion rings! Best fast food onion rings hands down! 9/10 on their green beans, fries are pretty standard and the burgers were very good as well. Only a knocked a star for a few tiny things. Their ranch is really watered down and during ordering there isn't an option to add seasoning or salt to their sides, the options were, Seasoning: No or None. Stopped by this weekend for a quick dinner before heading off to the South Bay botanical gardens just up the road. I ordered their new mango chicken salad. It was not good. There was very little chicken. The mango salsa was flavorless. The ginger miso dressing was tasty. The salad greens they use just don't really work because the iceberg lettuce makes everything watery. I also ordered the onion rings and they didn't taste oniony at all. It felt like it was round breading. The ranch tasted good but was a touch watery. I can tell that the crew was not leaving behind the counter to look at the restaurant for a couple of reasons. Both limeades were not in their direct vision and were pretty much out until I asked them to refill it. The strawberry limeade had a weird foam on top. Also, the tables were not being wiped down between guests. I also ordered a kids meal for my child and they did not include the gummy hamburger. I've been to this location other times. I guess I'll just stick to the burgers. The burgers are fine. I think they've gone down in quality over the years as this chain has scaled up. In November I came to this location with my son and siblings for lunch. When we were served our burgers and fires, I immediately noticed the fries were lukewarm. I returned them and got fresh, piping hot fries. Frustrated that we had spent a good amount of money on quick service burgers and fries, I went online and did Habit's feedback form. As an apology, I received certificates for free burgers. In early January, I decided to give the place a second chance, this time for dinner. We ordered more burgers and fries, with some of the bill reduced by using the certificates. Again, the fries were served lukewarm. I can understand and accept that a place has an off day. However, two different times leaves a lot to be desired. I do not know for sure how a burger restaurant can get a staple wrong like this. I did the feedback form again and got the exact same email and more certificates. I gave them to my family. I'm not that all impressed with Habit Grill. For the price we paid, I was expecting a much better experience. I have gotten very tired of spending my hard earned money on a lackluster food. For burgers and fries, I'll stick to In-N-Out or Five Guys. Their burgers are flavorful and the fries are always piping hot. read more

Yahoo, another PRE- grand opening special!! 200 meals for FREE. Customers need to be present to redeem. This was the second day and The Habit truly learned their lessons from Saturday, the first day. Both offers were only available from 11:30AM to 5:00PM while quantities last. Burgers are cooked to order - oh snap!! Today, the mean was a char- burger, choice of cheese or not, fries and a drink. A $14 value. Orders were taken at the walk up counter and also through the drive through. Drive through was definitely faster. No pics today. TIP: driveway from Crenshaw is closed off. Habit opened up here across from Rolling Hills plaza - a much needed burger option in this little area I must say and a step up from the fast food that was here before it! As far as Habit Burgers go - it's nice and basically same as any other. Location is great for the PV and Torrance crowd at corner of Crenshaw & PCH. Has a drive thru which is cool! I really like this location. You can tell the manager runs a tight ship. Somebody always greets you at entering & leaving, the service is quick & friendly, and the burgers are consistently good. I ordered $86.00 worth of food for my family and only got half of my order. The half that I received was cold; the driver took too long to deliver the food. I reported the missing order and it took 15 mins to get the balance of the order and the initial order took 45 mins and the driver was slow delivering. As far as a drive-through burger chain goes, the habit is really good. Their burgers are always really fresh and tasty. I recently tried their veggie fries and really enjoyed them. I got my burger wrapped in lettuce and probably will not be doing that again just because the whole operation was too messy and the lettuce did not really facilitate as well as a bun. This newer location is heaven sent! In a world where In-n-out is packed 24/7 and you don't always have time to wait . The better alternative is the Habit Burger for a later night excursion. This location has great customer service, they always rectify any situation that occurs & they are very kind when taking your order. The wait through drive through is a decent amount of time but you can't put a timer on deliciousness. I absolutely love the Santa Barbara Cobb salad here, all the components are well done & so fresh. I get the apple cider vinegar dressing for the salad and it is the perfect balance with everything : one of the freshest salads you can get from any fast-casual food chain. The burgers are also so fat , juicy , and fresh along with fries. I love their options of onions rings or sweet potato fries as well. Their addition of ranch to the menu since the past few years is amazing. This company has really come through . Such a good burger for a fast food restaurant! This is the new habit that replaced Jack in the box across the 24hr fitness and I got this for lunch after my workout and I have to say, it was so good. The charburger and tempura green beans are my fave combo and this chain definitely delivered. Also a plus for the service being so friendly and inside being very clean. They just put this place up not long ago near my home. So figured on my way home I'd try it out. I walked in it was very clean, the stall was friendly and were ready to take my order. Parking is great, love the little patio they have outside if you want to have your burger Al-fresco. As you enter they greet you and they have these cool screens so you can order or just go up the front and order old school. Very attentive and I got my food pretty fast, it was fresh and just what's I ordered. Juicy Charburger with extra pickles and onion rings are my all time favorite! We were at Torrance Memorial and looking for a place to have a bite with my son. We walked in the restaurant they had a 4 or 5 tables eating there. We ordered at the kiosks. After we placed the order the heavy lady with the blue polo told us that they were going to closed in 15 min. That made my son and I feel uncomfortable so we decided to ask for the meal to go. The food was good but Luke warm. I informed her that the website indicates that they close at 10:00PM she then explained that they need to mop and clean. I think The Habit got hit by shrinkflation, cause while the prices have been going up compared to a few years ago, the quality and size of the product have been going down. I ordered a portobello char, and while the fries were fine, the burger left a lot to be desired. The buns were small, dry and cheap looking, the kind you'd find in any 'first street' brand product. The patty was thin and uniformly shaped, making me feel like it may have been a frozen 'puck' patty (it had that usual lacking flavor like most frozen patties have), and there may have been 3-4 small, wrinkly, thin pieces of mushroom in there, hard to tell, i certainly struggled to taste them in it. Overall, it felt like i was paying for the quality burger i expected to get, and someone decided to hot-swap it with some in-and-out. Now, im not dissing In-and-Out, sure they don't provide the best burgers either, but they're *cheap*, and you dont come away feeling like you got ripped off. Getting a burger here compared to whats shown on the menu, left me feeling like i got dragged to a hotel by a beautiful maiden, only to find myself on the losing end of a sword fight. read more
