    French toast breakfast
    Rick V.

Been here a few times when it was Fantastic Cafe. Menu looks the same. Good variety of breakfast, burgers, dinners, and Mexican food. Back this time for breakfast. Had a French toast breakfast and steak & eggs. French toast plate had 3 Texas toast slices with a good balance of cinnamon and powdered sugar. 2 eggs, 2 sausage links, and 2 strips of bacon completed the entree. Steak and eggs had 3 eggs, hashbrowns, and toast. Green salsa has a good kick. Service was efficient and friendly.

Great food, great service. Not too pricey. Ever's has a large menu of breakfast lunch and dinner items. Traditional American and Mexican food. They keep the place really clean too. I highly reccomend this gem. I would much rather give my dollars to a local eatery than a big corporate chain. If you haven't done so already, give Ever's diner a try. They will not disappoint.

    Patiently waiting!

We all ordered different Skillets, Instead of writing about each one, I will say that all five of us were satisfied and thought they were all good. The Nook has what you like. I will point out that the skillets are not black cast iron; they come in white porcelain, shaped like a skillet but looking more like a plate. We did order Strawberry pancakes, which we shared. Service from the waitress was lacking, I believe it was the b owner he came several times to check on us. Nice place and will be back .

We got one right in the front :) There's inside seating and outside but we opted to sit outside as it was a bit stuffy inside. We ordered the shredded beef southwest skillet and marinated steak eggs Benedict and I def recommend the steak Benedict's over the skillet as the skillet came out with a skillet shaped glass plate and also the shredded beef portion was tiny and dry and the house potato on the bottom is covered with the same sauce. So for $2 more you get steak. I'm glad my wife chose that (the waitress recommended that over the sweet breakfast) Overall: food was decent and am glad another place crossed off my list. Now on the the next spot on my list. 3.5 stars!

I like the front entrance. They also have a side entrance but it's not as appealing to the eyes. A handful of tables outside in a patio area with a couple of TVs. When you walk in, it's like walking into a wine bar. At least that's the vibe I received. But it's a small family restaurant. Which is dope. Look like I arrived just in time for happy hour. The bar area gives this chill and intimate vibe especially with the many wine bottles being displayed. And the bartender is right there to service you with no problems. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Even the two older women who didn't decide to speak until Barbara the bartender sat a bit late of fried calamari in front of me lol. That indeed sparked great conversation amongst the 3 of us. Talking about calamari and sone other restaurants. I'm used to drinking my Moscow Mules out of copper cups so this grey one was different and it was smaller in size but the drink itself was definitely refreshing. Wasn't tryna rush it lol. And It's $7.20 during happy hour. The calamari for me could have been seasoned better or more. I also would've preferred it to be fried a lil bit longer. I love mines crispy or a lil bit hard and not so chewy. With that being said, Barbara said to let them know next time. However, I believe it's a popular item and I could see why, especially with the portion size. It's very generous indeed. For $10.80 I would too. Barbara made me a Mojito and it was perfect. Very refreshing. Took my time with that also lol. A price of $7.20 you can't beat that at all. Very good price I must add. I personally think and feel like the filet mignon tacos were fire. No lie. It was tender. It was flavorful. Good portion size. I liked the presentation and flavors coming from everything. They're not street tacos either lol I would definitely get those again but I think they're only available during happy hour. 2 tacos for $10.80 during happy is an awesome deal. Before I left I thanked everyone for their service and even had the opportunity to chop it up with some staff members. Everyone was real cool. Fasho fasho. Barbara even introduced me to the chef on my way out. I believe his name is Angel. Great dude !!! and we also had a great conversation. I love the location. I love the service. I love the vibes and I love the food. Check em out for yourself if you're in the area or just wanna take a ride to somewhere new. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Even the other guests were friendly, which honestly made the whole experience feel even more special. We started with the ahi tuna tostada and WOW -- definitely my favorite dish of the night. So fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The scallops were also beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We also tried the garlic bread because so many reviews hyped it up, but honestly... it was just okay. Not bad at all, but probably the one thing I'd skip next time. The biggest surprise for me was the fish and chips because I normally don't even like fish and chips. This version was lightly breaded so you actually got flaky, flavorful fish instead of a mouthful of batter. Perfectly fried and genuinely so good. We also ordered the arugula salad which was fresh and paired well with everything else. Overall, such a great experience from start to finish. Great food, great atmosphere, and genuinely warm service. Definitely a spot I'd come back to.

First time was brunch with coworkers after a weekend work event. Great food, strong mimosas, and an easy vibe that made it perfect for decompressing together. Exactly the kind of place you want to linger. Consistently good food, great drinks, and service that actually cares. If you like brunch that feels relaxed but still done right, this is it.
