Do not go. I have been here several times. I looked online. They have hours and said "open" but after putting in the order it said I had to come in person. I show up (about 5 mins before closing, so way too close, I agree... but it's fast food so I expect they serve till a few past closing). The doors are all locked. Gabriel the cook, associate was super friendly and greeted me as soon as I entered. My burger was cooked to perfection. The only feedback was on the cleanliness to the restaurant. The tables needed to be cleaned, none were cleaned. The condiment area was not kept up, and the infamous lemonade was almost empty. If my burger could have kept warmer on my commute back home, I would have preferred to eat it there. But an unkept restaurant can throw the ambiance of eating there. read more

As a local, anytime I have had the craving for a burger I would come pick up food and take it home. In the past let's say two years, I looked the other way when they always get my order wrong, I say no lettuce "it's there" I order chili cheese fries "get onion rings" etc. I get it! This is a burger place and I don't want to walk back to complain so I've dealt with this numerous times. With that said this last time I came home, took a bite, guess what? HAIR! So, did I get charged extra for this ingredient? Who knows because there was more than one. Had to throw my food away because that's disgusting. But I'm sad that this made me decide to no longer be a customer. Didn't mind the screw ups on the orders or the $100+ I would spend for a family meal, but can't look past this. My friend went back to get a new burger & they messed up on the burger a second time. And at that point, we had taken the burger home so we couldn't exchange it. Food was 20 minutes late according to their app. What was more infuriating was when they finished my online order they put it away instead of just calling my name. Fatburger, I am officially breaking up with you. Tonight was the last straw. I placed an order on the app. Son runs in, picks up the order and we drive two blocks away to our home. The minute we get out of the car, the bottom of the bag completely rips dropping food everywhere. Not happy. Get into the house and they shorted us two chili fries. Was so disappointed this past Saturday eve. Ordered 3 burgers, 1 onion ring, 2 skinny fries 1 with chili. The 2 burgers with the works were terrible. Meat was very dry. Buns also dry & there was tiny bit of relish, no mayo, no onion, nothing. They were so bland with no flavor. They gave us fat fries which we do not like & even they were horrible. What could improve? Fatburger in Redondo Beach seriously needs to improve its customer service, food quality, and overall dining experience. This was one of the most unpleasant restaurant experiences we've had, and this is absolutely something the owner should be aware of and should not overlook. First, the staff needs to better understand the importance of customer service and respecting the customers they serve. We repeatedly had to ask for help, yet basic issues were ignored or poorly handled. The food quality was completely unacceptable. Our burgers were made incorrectly and looked nothing like a fresh, high-quality burger should. The burgers were cold, the cheese wasn't even melted, and the lettuce was wilted. We sent them back multiple times, and even after the third attempt, the food still came back with the same problems. This shows a serious lack of care and quality control in the kitchen. The onion rings were clearly reheated more than once and were not fresh. After being served reheated onion rings twice, we finally had to specifically ask for a fresh order to be made. The ambiance was also very uncomfortable. The restaurant itself was so cold inside that not only were we uncomfortable, but our food was getting cold while we were trying to eat it. To make matters worse, the soda machine had run out of root beer syrup. We had to ask more than six times for it to be replaced and didn't get our drinks until we were practically finished with our meal. Overall, this experience was frustrating, disappointing, and far below what anyone should expect when dining out. Ownership and management should take this seriously, because these are not minor issues that should be overlooked. Staff training, food quality control, and customer service standards clearly need immediate attention. This visit was unacceptable from start to finish. read more

I love me a great turkey burger BUT The turkey burger here hits different to me b/c of the relish. Flew in for a weekend. Trying new places out and Fatburger was one recommended by the hotel stewardess. Upon ordering I did not realize how far the restaurant was and there was a much closer location. Delivery took about 45 mins to get to me. Food was not cold but it was not hot. Milkshake was left out due to the ride the vanilla syrup was sitting at the bottom of the cup. The burger was delicious. My only issue and probably the only reason it was a 3 star review. No utensils. Couldn't drink my Shake and couldn't eat the fries(ordered chilli cheese fries). It's small details like a straw and plastic fork that make it or break it for me. I tried coming here last week, cause I've been craving Fatburger. I'm not usually in the area but I was nearby and is the only Fatburger around. I came here an hour before they close and when I tried opening the door it was already locked! I don't live near and drove all the way to this Fatburger location just to be disappointed and wasted my time/gas sadly. There were still workers in there cleaning up but they just looked at me, and said nothing. Why are guys closing a whole hour before closing time? The burger wasn't that great, a bit on the dry side, but I do like that there's relish which is different from other chains. The size of the burger is also decent for the price.
